Princess?

Chapter 1

Kenzie's POV

I've been going to Beauxbatons for 2 years and have learned so many spells, potions and wand-less magic. I've met so many people and have made several new friends being quite popular. Before I left for summer after my 5th year, I learned to do occlumency and legilimency in a elective course the school offers.

I've been studying all summer and I'm supposed to go back in a week.

I went downstairs in my manor for breakfast with my parents.

When I get downstairs, my father and mother are already there sitting. I join them and we begin eating.

It had been silent and I was now done about to ask to be excused when my father spoke up.

" I have news."

" Good or bad news?" I ask.

" Both, you won't be returning to Beauxbatons."

"WHAT??" I have to leave my friends.

" You'll be returning to Hogwarts, tomorrow."

"Did I hear you right?" I asked shocked.

"Yes you did. Me and your mother have been talking and we want you closer to home."

"I'm going to miss my friends at Beauxbatons but at least I'll know some people at Hogwarts. Will I still be in Slytherin?"

"Yes and we have already gotten your books you need. The train leaves tomorrow."

I squealed and ran to hug him then ran upstairs.

I can't believe I'm going back, I haven't been there in 2 years. I barely know anyone there anymore. Me and Draco have kept in contact but with our busy schedules we barely hear from each other every couple weeks.

Should I write and tell him I'm coming back or just wait and surprise him?

I'm gonna surprise him, I'll see him tomorrow anyways.

I started packing my trunk, thinking of everything I'll need. I always over pack but I'd rather have everything than need something.

Once I'm finished packing, I change and get into bed, excited for tomorrow will bring.
