It was the wedding day. The gate was decorated with pretty flowers and a big heart shaped board which said
              *VIVEK WEDS DIYA* .

Our friends were getting married. Everything looked like a sweet dream.

Rahul and I were together. Our friends who loved each other were marrying each other. Our parents were happy to see their children happy together.

The venue was beautiful. It was an open place located besides a beautiful beach. Nature was showering us with cool breeze.

It was a private wedding

It was a private wedding. No cameras, no media, no photographers. Only some of Vivek and Diya's closest friends and family.

Six months had passed since that broadcast. Uncle had told us that he already announced why we went live instead of a conference. Police investigated properly and that man was caught. He was just a hater who apparently hated the fact that Rahul was alive.

I won't say that everything was back to normal. I mean probably because we were still receiving hate comments. Some people even said that it was all just a facade for publicity. Funny right?

However, some people were genuinely happy for us. I even received messages of apologies. Gifts too. I even replied to many of them. Because I feel, they weren't wrong at their point. But again, whose life is normal? Everyone has ups and downs. We just need to accept it and live normally. Its not like crying or overthinking about our problems would make it any easier, neither it would solve them. The best way to solve the problems is to deal with them. Unless you face your reality with strength, nothing could be solved.

We did exactly the same. We faced whatever came before us. I had accepted Rahul's death, but when I saw him at engagement, I didn't listen to anyone else. I just followed my instincts and here I am today. With my family, with my Rahul.

Since Diya didn't have sisters and only two friends..I was one of the bridesmaids.

I wore a creamy white lehenga and put my hair in a ponytail.

I and Rahul had decided to match our outfits so he wore a black sherwani

Yes. We were not matching but contrasting. But we looked great as usual.
