It replays on my mind. How did it happen?
"Aziel! Let's go. Francis is waiting on us" Storm said after Treyton drove away. He went to the driver's seat while I went to the passenger seat.
After 10 minutes, we're already here at Francis's Mansion. We saw Treyton's car, he must've drove fast. We went outside of the car before we walked inside of the mansion.
When we're already inside, I saw Rein and Treyton on my peripheral vision. He's hugging Rein while she did the same thing while caressing his back.
"I wish I was him"I suddenly said.
"You know, you'll be hurt when you stare longer. Let's go inside"Storm said before he dragged me.
'Why you didn't comfort me when I needed you?'
Rein's POV
"Treyton tahan na"mahinahon kong sabi sa kaniya. Hinigpitan niya lamang ang pagkakayakap niya sa akin habang umiiyak parin siya.
"I don't know how to say sorry to them. I didn't mean to yell at them"sagot niya habang umiiyak siya.
"Treyton, kaibigan mo naman sila e. Para saan pa kung para doon lang magkakawatak-watak kayo di ba? Ang tunay na kaibigan hindi nag iiwanan. Basta wag lang kayong magtatago ng sikreto sa isa't isa. Masakit yun. Lalo pa at yung taong nagtago sa'yo, sobrang lapit sayo"saad ko sa kaniya. Bigla siyang lumayo sa akin ng kaunti at pinunasan ang mga luha niya.
"Rein? Can I ask something?"bigla niyang tanong. Ngumiti ako sa kaniya bago tumango.
"What if you find out that you have a half brother? What if you find out that you've been kidnapped? What if you find out that you have a family? And what if you find out that you're a vampire? Not just a vampire. A Royal one"sunod-sunod niyang tanong sa akin.
"Okay. Una, syempre magiging masaya ako kasi may half brother ako. Pangalawa, malulungkot kasi bakit kailangan akong kidnapin. Pangatlo, magiging masaya at the same time malulungkot kasi bakit kailangan pa akong ilayo sa totoo kong pamilya. Pang-apat. Hindi ko alam kung anong mararamdaman ko. Dahil wala sa isip ko na isa akong mythical creature. Pero kung ganun man, sana ay maganda ang maging kalakabasan. Kung hindi man ako isang tao. At kung isa man akong bampira, tatanggapin ko nalang iyon. Dahil iyon ang reyalidad"sagot ko sa kaniya.
Pero kung sakali mang totoo ang mga tanong niya. Siguro ay mapapatanong nalang ako.
Bakit ako nilayo sa kanila?
Bakit ako kinidnap?
Bakit ako? Bakit? Bakit ngayon pa?
"Treyton, maaari ko bang itanong kung bakit mo naitanong ang bagay na iyon?" tanong ko sa kaniya.
"Rein, I know it's hard to believe this but you've been kidnapped since you are a kid. Until now. My dad told me everything. The women on the painting. She was my mother. And also your mother. We have the same birthdate. Because our mother gave birth on us at the same time even we have different father. I'm your half brother, Rein"sagot niya.
"Treyton wag ka namang magbiro ng ganyan"sagot ko sa kaniya. Ngunit wala akong nakuhang tugon mula sa kaniya. Nanatiling seryoso ang kaniyang mukha pati na rin ang kaniyang mga mata. Nagsimula ng nanubig ang gilid ng aking mga mata.
"S-sinong kumidnap sa akin? Kilala mo ba ang totoo kong magulang kailan pa? Matagal mo na bang alam?"sunod-sunod kong tanong sa kaniya.
"Aziel's father kidnapped you. Ngayon ko lang naman, Rein. Ito ang mahalagang sasabihin ko sa'yo kaya kita pinuntahan. Sa ngayon, ang mama palang natin ang kilala ko. I don't know who is your father but one thing I know on our mother and your father is that their a Royal Vampires. Kung maaari lang Rein. Don't be mad at Aziel. Wala siyang kinalaman sa nangyari"sagot niya. Tuluyan ng tumulo luha ko. Hindi ko mapigilang lumuha dahil sa aking nalaman. Kung ganun alam ni Mama to lahat? Alam niya kung sino talaga ako at kung ano talaga ako. Bakit kailangan nilang magtago sa akin?
Naramdaman ko nalang ang isang pares ng braso na yumakap sa akin. Agad ko naman siyang niyakap pabalik.
"Rein, sorry. Sorry kung wrong timing pa ako. Ayokong patagalin to kasi alam kong mas masasaktan ka kapag mas pinatagal ko iyon"mahinahong sabi ni Treyton habang hinahaplos ang aking buhok.
"Bakit kailangan nilang magtago sa akin? Bakit ako pa? Ano bang nagawa ko? Bakit kailangan nila akong saktan? Bakit kailangan nila akong ilayo sa inyo? Ang daya naman. Nasa mundo pala ako ng kasinungalingan. Hindi ko na alam kung sino ang totoo at kung sino ang hindi"saad ko habang umiiyak.
"Alam kong mahirap tanggapin, Rein pero nandito lang ako. Nandito lang ako Rein. Magiging totoo ako sa'yo. Hinding-hindi ako magtatago o magsisinungaling sayo. Pangako"saad niya sa akin. Patuloy lang siya sa paghamplos sa aking buhok hanggang sa di ko namalayan nakatulog na pala ako sa bisig niya.
Treyton's POV
I lift her after she fall asleep. My sister is so cute but still she doesn't deserve this pain. I can't take her away from Aziel, I know that she's deeply inlove with him but... she's a vampire and he's a human. It's forbidden to love a human. I walked inside of their house. Aziel look at me sadly before he looked at Rein who fall asleep.
"Ayos ka lang? Bat namamaga mata mo?"Angela asked me after noticing my eyes.
"Don't bother it. I have to bring her to her room. Can you lead me to her room?"I asked Francis.
"Sure, follow me"he said. He stand up and lead me the way to her room.
When we're already in front of her room, he opened the door for me.
"Thank you"I said. I slowly laid her on her bed before I kissed her forehead.
"Sleep well, princess"I said before I put a blanket on her and walked away. I saw Francis still standing in front of the door. I slowly closed the door and about to walked away when Francis stopped me that made me faced him.
"Do you need something?"I asked him.
"Why did you suddenly act like that on her?"he asked.
"Why did you hide the truth from her?"I asked back that made him shocked. I looked at him blankly.
"I'm so furious with a human like you. You should've told her the truth. You get the chance to see her up until now. You've been by her side up until now. She's so close to you but you choose to keep it, to hide it"I said on him.
"Treyton, what do you mean?"he asked me.
"Don't act innocent, Francis. I know that you know something about her that no one knows. I know that your family know something that you choose to hide instead of telling her the truth. I'm not a fool, Francis!"I said.
"Now, tell me why did you choose to hide it?"I asked him.
"Because it's not the right time to tell about it, Treyton. It's not the right time. It's too early for her to know it. She will be mad at me. I can't bare seeing her in pain"he said.
"And do you think she's not hurting right now? You choose to hide it from her for almost 5 f*cking years. How can it be so painful when someone is hiding something on you for a few years? Do you think it's not painful? It's too much! It's too much, Francis"I said on him.
"How did you know?"he asked me.
"How did I know? I'm a damn f*cking hybrid! I'm her half brother. Dad told me everything. Everything about the lost vampire princess. He's been kidnapped by Aziel's Dad. Am I right?"I replied on him. His mouth agape.
"I choose to tell her everything that my Dad told me instead of hiding it from her. I can't bare seeing my sister crying and hurting because of that. I hate you humans"I said on him before I walked downstairs.
She's too young to suffer from the people who lied on her.
