He's awake!- Eddie Munson

Requested by @pitmanwhiney (Sorry i took forever i was doing the prince paul story)

It had been a full 20 days since Eddie was put into the hospital,You had not gotten calls or good news so you stopped coming along.

It had been three days since your last visit and you felt awful about it but you got caught up in other things like work and helping out with stuff.

You parked your car as you got out and went inside. You said your greetings to the nurses and doctors you knew of before going into eddies room looking at him.

He was still asleep just like last time you seen him.

You pulled a chair near his bed before sitting down and holding his nearest hand.

You rubbed the back side of his hand with your thumb as you put it near your chin.

"Im so so sorry for not visiting you..It's just hard to see you like this. I tried distracting myself so i wouldn't feel this way but I ended up crying myself to sleep all day."

You took a deep shivered breath as you kissed his hand softly.

"I love you eddie. I will do anything and spend as much money as i need just to have my energetic and probably bipolar eddie back" You said with a small laugh.

You rubbed his hand looking at him feeling tears threaten to exit you eyes. 

"Uh..Dustin misses you,so,so,so much. He won't even make smartass remarks or try to up one someone when they say something. He doesn't even leave his room to play dnd he just says 'not right now' "

"You are like a damn big brother to him..All the hellfire members miss you like a lot..and I do too. I just- I-"

You stopped and let go of his hand moving away to wipe the tears off of your face.

You heard a few groans led along with a "Huh..Sweetheart..?"

You quickly looked up and punched him without thinking "ZOMBIE- OH- OH SHIT EDDIE"

He grabbed his cheek and winced "Well hello to you too sweet heart.."

you quickly hugged him smiling brightly and crying "EDDIE!!! EDS!" you cried on his hospital gown as he lifted your face from your chin.

"What the fuck happened..? Why am I in a hospital gown. My fucking head hurts."

You lifted off him wiping your face "You got attacked by demobats after you decided to be a hero and no run away. Thats something i have to talk to your about later but right now im so happy to see you baby!"

"I Missed you too sweetheart. I heard you,I heard you and everyone else when they came to visit.."

You smiled and kissed him as he kissed back.

"The hellfire group will be happy! So so happy! I can't wait to tell dustin! Oh wait dustin! Hold on."

You grabbed your walkie talkie out of your backpack as you ran out the room clicking the walkie talkie button as you talked into it "Code red! Code Red! Eddie is awake!"

A few seconds later a panting dustin picked up the walkie talkie "EDDIE'S AWAKE?!"

"Yes Dustin he's awake!"

"Yes!Yes!! Fuck yes! i'll tell the others then we are on our way!"

A few minutes later dustin along with the hellfire group hurridly made their way in the building. They ran into the room pushed past you going to eddie.

He was awake. He was finally awake.. 

he's paler than usual..

His teeth felt different once we kissed.
