AHHHH! -Ralph

You and Ralph had been in engaged for what felt like decades. But unlike most times where it's usually Ralph's fault this time it was your fault.

Due to your family you almost every single week and then when it was time to come home to your man something would come up causing you to be away much longer.

This led to you and Ralph having to reschedule your wedding or any event at that rate.

It was a Saturday- no,Friday. Your family's maid came up to your bedroom handing you a letter. You recognized the letter.

It was from Ralph.

You smiled opening it thinking he sent you a silly letter but your heart immediately dropped when you read it.

Apparently Ralph was heading to the military since he felt like it was the best he could do since your never around any. The Letter said he'd be leaving Sunday morning 10:00am.

You better trust you got your little ass up and nearly ran to your family's cars driving home.

Present timing

You frantically knocked on the door like a cop coming to bust down an illegal party.

You heard a girlish hum then squeal leading with the tapping of shoes.
Soon the door swung open and you saw ralph. You stared at him and he stared at you.

Very soon you saw his eyes light up quickly covering your ears before hearing a loud womanish scream before your fiancé threw himself on you.

You fell back holding onto him damn near banging your head against the porch floor but luckily for you,you kissed the curb.

Ralph sat up apologies before kissing you all over. Your face,neck,hands,and chest. If he could reach it he could kiss it.

"Oh!! My darling how I missed you so!!" Ralph exclaimed happily holding you close.

"I missed you too my lovely. But you have to be more gentle-" you paused remembering why you rushed here so quickly "oh yes- the letter! Are you really going to the military??"

Ralph paused as if you had asked him what was yx+b before clearing his throat "oh,,yes.."

You tilted your head from confusion "But why? I thought you hated the military- and you the thought of exercising."

"Yes. I do. (He shivered at the thought) but I want to be a strong husband for you when we get married,so I can carry you in our home like the princess/prince/royal you are" he gave you a smile not a thought behind his eyes.

You couldn't help but be a little moved by that. How sweet of him,but now you have a new question.

"That's sweet my love- but the military?" You questioned as he stood up not hesitating to help you up as well.

Once you stood up he dusted your dress off with a cloth in his pocket then fixing your hair like you liked it.

"Yes yes it's a big jump I know but it's what I want and set my mind to."

"Hm...alright my love. But I want you to be sure. Is it really what you want to do? Because no ,after what it is I'll support you."
You sat your hand on his cheek and he nodded.

Soon you gently kissed him and he kissed back before pulling your hand from his cheek gently kissing it. You looked at him for one last moment before walking with him to his car so you would drive him.

But as you two walked you heard clanking. Like tapping shoes clanking. You paused and looked at his shoes

"Darling..are your military boots tap dancing boots."

You just looked at him before sighing walking with him.

"I love you Ralph"

"I love you more."
