It had been days since you had last been home. You had to leave for almost a week for work matters and since you were use to being with paul it angered you,but of course you didn't show that and just simply went it on the trip.

Now you were finally back home and ready to see the love of your life. Once you were inside the home you wasted no extra time putting your bags down and making your way up the stairs to your husbands working room.

You knocked softly on the door and there was no response. You knocked once more and then again there was no response. So you just decided to open the ready to yell out you were home once again.

But when you opened the door the room was empty. All that remained was Pauls work things but not paul.

Extremely confused and a bit worried you made your way to your maids who's eyes lit up once they saw you. Once you all exchanged your hugs and words you finally asked them what you were meant to ask in the beginning.

They simply said they weren't sure and that he hadn't been home all morning. This caused you to be more worried than before,but you managed to keep an calm expression and nodded before making your way around your home asking everyone around but they all replied with the same thing.

You tried calming yourself more and more but it slowly stopped working. You cursed yourself a bit before you let out a sigh and grabbed your bags going to you and pauls room.

You slowly started to over think and come up to conclusions onto why he wasn't home and that just simply worried yourself more.

You were almost finished up before you heard your door open and a soft gasp. Instantly realizing who it was you turned around quickly to an froze jaw dropped paul looking at you with wide eyes as his hand remained on the door handle.

He stood there like a statue making the air thick and awkward,deciding to break the silence you cleared your throat and spoke.

"Uh..Hello dear.'' you said with a smile before you were suddenly hugged tightly and he put his face into the crook of your neck crying a bit,you knew since your neck was slowly getting soaked. I mean it was either that or bro was drooling.

Suddenly he pulled you away from the hug and cupped your face starting to kiss you deeply. You kissed him back before he moved away from the kiss looking at is it had been years since you two last saw each other.

You began cupping his cheeks and wiping his cheeks to remove the smudged tears before your lover finally spoke.

''I missed you so so much my love,this past week was deviating without you i mean i even almost set an horse on fire." he said kissing the palm of your hand as you smiled gently.
