(Prologue) Experimentation and more Information

After a very fun and informative adventure to Atlas, Damian and Silver enjoy another beautiful day, but this time, no school due to it being a weekend. Damian is training with Yang, while Silver and Ruby are playing with Zwei.

After a few hours of fun, Damian is outside alone, meditating. Silver comes out of the house and walks towards his friend.

Damian: What's up?

Silver: Just wondering what you're planning, besides relaxing.

Damian: Trust me. I'm not relaxing. I'm actually remembering something. Something very important.

Silver: That is?

Damian gets up.

Damian: The past. My Master and Dr. Ivo were very close friends. Both were taught to be the best in The Order, but the personalities between the two of them are very different. Jasper was the most serious and loyalist friend you could ever ask for, willing to do anything for his comrades. However, Ivo, is a nasty combination of narcissist and sociopath. That guy is the full embodiment of crazy. He had a number of ways of torture and experiments on people, mainly prisoners. I thought they were just rumors, but now-

Silver: They aren't just rumors anymore.

Damian nods.

Damian: Which makes him the most dangerous criminal in the world. I haven't had to deal with his type of crazy for awhile. (looks at Silver) I don't want you to either.

Silver: Why?

Damian: This isn't your ordinary criminal. But a mad scientist who'll try to exploit any weakness you have and once he learns what that is, you're his.

Silver: So?

Damian: So? Ruby, Yang, Qrow, and Tai. That's a weakness that must not be used against us. There's also the part that you went too far at the docks. Another weakness.

Silver: The four of them are safe, the docks was necessary, and minus our lives in Remnant I bet we've both seen plenty of crazy. This guy can't exploit our weaknesses if we don't give him the chance to do so.

Damian: Not this time. In this line of work, killing doesn't make anything necessary and those guys aren't safe. You don't know The Order like I do. If Ivo is alive, I have to find and bring him to justice. Without killing. He possesses enough knowledge about his wild experiments and safehouses, meaning I can't let him get away. Which is why I need to meet the Headmaster.

Silver: Ozma? Isn't it too early for a meeting?

Damian: Yes. But, no one knows this world is better than him and I believe he'll tell me what I need to know. It's a good thing I still have my old armor.

Silver: Even so, what makes you think that what he says isn't a big lie or misdirection? What if it's part of his plan?

Damian: Ozma loves Remnant more than any man, woman or child. He would never let anything bad happen to anyone. Not to mention, Beacon Academy and all of Vale means everything to him. I doubt he would do something so foolish.

Silver: Ok. One question.

Damian: What?

Silver: You're not planning on making me go with you right?

Damian: Nope. You probably just kill him.

Damian and Silver smile at his answer then enjoy their time with the others. But, in his spare time, Damian would go to the garage and secretly work on his old armor and gear, adding a few upgrades to it. Damian continues to work on his armor for the next few hours and soon he senses someone coming towards him.
