Obanai tsked and turned away.

"Wait, where are you going?" Y/N called out.

"Anywhere away from you. Don't follow me."

Y/N huffed.

"Fine! I didn't want to follow a high-handed snake like you anyway!" She retorted.

He turned around slowly.

"The hell did you just call me?" He asked, though it was of a demand.

"You heard me! I said that you're a high-handed snake!"

In a split second, Obanai appeared behind Y/N, and a large gash appeared on her arm.

"Say that again. I dare you."

Y/N fell to her knees, unable to regenerate.

'What the hell!'

Tears formed in her eyes.

She looked up, not wanting to show any sign of weakness.

She slowly stood up.

"No wonder only Mitsuri likes you! She's so kind that she'll befriend anyone! I'm leaving. Have fun being miserable, I guess..."

Obanai stared at her as she left.

'She reminds me... Reminds me of her...' He thought, a very slight twinge of regret flowing through him.
