If there was one who could boast to have it all, it was the eldest of Raya.

The ivory white BMW stopped at the building entry. The car pushed everyone on the floor to run to their cubicles and seems like they were here to work.

That golden skin as if the sun had deeply fallen in love with her. The diamond ring on her pointing finger, the gold and diamond Rolex watch sparkling as the sunlight touched it. Stella McCartney's custom made range jhootis to match with her beige and green saree.

The driver quickly handed the car keys to the valet at the gate and opened the case for her to keep her sunglasses. He handed her the phone as she walked ahead into the office.

With a welcoming smile she passed on a warm, "Good Morning, everyone." to all the employees together. Receiving a "Good Morning," just as warm.

Sure, they feared her but they also respected her for the sweetness she extended to everyone in the building. Even the peon who brought her tea.

She stopped at the lift while checking her emails on the phone. "Jay, remind me to check up with the new security updates in the lift." She said.

"Yeah, I'll put up a reminder."

"You'll do it, fine, Jay, but, where is the one who is actually supposed to set my calendar? The one I pay to do the job?" She asked.

The lift opened with a ding and a woman with a baby in her arms and two boys tugging behind her showed up. She was crazy stressed out. The baby began to cry and the woman seemed like she would mentally give up and start crying herself.

"I'm so sorry." She apologized for the mess.

"Do you work here?" Sriya asked the lady.

"I kind of resigned a few weeks ago. Things are hard at home. I couldn't juggle work, kids, in-laws, and home at once. So, I quit. These two hooligans somehow got themselves suspended for two weeks from school. They refuse to behave and my youngest one is having health problems. I do need the money but it's hard to deal with all of this at once." She explained, almost breaking down.

"Sweetie, first of all, calm down. Hand over the baby to me." Sriya took the baby in her hands and softly rocked her to sleep. "Second of all, what you need is a good break. You are stressed out. Family is being difficult to deal with, finances are tight, it's been ages since you slept peacefully. That's driving you crazy. So, take a break. Third of all, give me your office ID, I'll look into the matter. Take a break for two weeks, talk it out with your in-laws and husband. Get your family together first. Then make up a decision about quitting. Fourth and the last," from her Gucci handbag, she took out a business card, "this is ShivaShakti Center. Rejuvenation Center. They're simply amazing at refreshing the soul. This is a discount coupon. Take a two week package with it and relax yourself. When you finally can think calmly, take your call whether you want to continue to work or not. It's a big decision. So, don't make haste. You've just gotten through childbirth and things are stressing you out. So, take their yoga session and relax yourself first. Haste is only going to bring in more stress. Naturally, your baby girl is imbibing the energy around you and is stressed out too. So, when you give out calmness, the baby will be fine."

The baby stopped crying and started to play with her earrings and hair.

The lady sighed and took the advice. "Thank you, ma'am. It is really nice of you to help me out." She thanked her.

"By the way, Laila, this is not a paid vacation, alright? You resignation is just on hold so when you're coming back, there is a pay cut for the two weeks. But rest you'll get your salary incase you decide to continue. The gift is for the rejuvenation, not for the salary." She chuckled, making the lady laugh too.
