29. Tip-toe - Avengers

Some sleepy Peter and sleepy Tony

Summary: Peter is awake at an ungodly hour because he wanted something to drink or because he had to eat something. He tiptoes through the house downstairs only to see Tony sitting on the couch.

When Peter awoke from a pretty deep sleep he didn't know why he was awake at first. But the longer he laid there the more it began to become apparent that he had to do something.

So he decided to stand up. When it became apparent that he didn't need to use the toilet he began to think of something else.

When his belly told him by rumbling that he needed to get his midnight snack.

This was a new thing and almost never did happen at the tower. Mostly because he would eat a lot at the tower.

When he was at home this was somewhat more normal. So he decided to just tip toe towards the kitchen. Why he was tip toeing? Well for some reason if he would walk normally Tony would wake up. No matter how quiet he was. Tony would always wake up.

So here he was tip toeing towards the kitchen. In the end tip toeing didn't matter. Why? Well Tony was already awake.

When he walked in the kitchen Tony was standing wuth his back to him nursing a cup of Coffee. Here Peter also saw what time it was. It was around 4 in the morning. So that was somewhat good. That meant he had slept a total of 6 hours already.

He didn't know if Tony had slept. But he hoped he did. Peter walked up to Tony and grabbed a glass. Tony looked at him which a small grin. They would look at each other like this a lot whenever they were awake at an ungodly hour.

The amount of times it happened wasn't healthy but for Tony he would wake up from Nightmares. For Peter it was different. Sometimes it was because he would be hungry but also sometimes because eof nightmares.

When Tony would wake up and he knew for sure that Peter was still asleep he would also tip toe. Because his floor was somewhat hard so whenever you had woken up from a nightmare and you were sweaty. It would make those sound like it looked like you feet were pasted to the floor and your feet had to get lose.

So becuase of this he began to tip toe. So he was sure that nobody would wake up from those noises. Peter had the same and that's the reason why he would tip toe.

When Peter was done with drinking some water and eating a granola bar. He looked at Tony for a moment and then grabbed his wrist and began to bring Tony with him to the sofa.

This would also happen a lot. If one of them was awake and the other would come. Then the one that would come last would decide to either go back to bed in their bedroom. Or sleep on the couch. Because of this the old couch was thrown out and replaced with a new one. Here they could sleep on but also would sit a lot more comfortable.

Peter brought Tony to the sofa and sat down. Most of the time he would pick a movie. But he was sleepy already. So he just sat down and leaned against Tony. While snuggling in Tony's side.

Because of this Tony picked a movie. He was also sleepy but he didn't want to go to sleep yet. So here he was. Half laying on the couch with Peter laying against him.

He would fall asleep soon along with Peter. Nobody would talk about the fact that yes Pepper made pictures and that those were sent in the group chat they had for the cute father and son moments Peter and Tony had.

There were more group chats for whenever Peter or Tony would fall asleep on someone else. Friday was the one that owned them all. She also picked the right people for in there.

There were also two group chats with the tip toe club. Here the people were put in that thought it would help to tip toe whenever they would wake up. Surprisingly not only Peter and Tony were in there. May, Pepper and Rhodey were also in there.

Somehow Pepper, May, Tony and Rhodey also were in a peter parker protection squad with the people who knew Peter's identity. That it was basically all of Peter's villain was for some people a surprise. But they wanted to keep Peter safe. And they would also tell in the group chat when Peter had a test. This way the villains wouldn't attack and basically bring Peter away from studying.

They also got some pictures if Peter and Tony fell asleep after Peter got hurt in a fight with them. That way they were reassured they didn't kill their favorite vigilante.
