With how well Kihyun was recovering he was discharged from the hospital 3 days later. On those days Taehyung made sure to come to the hospital after work, and on his day of his discharge Taehyung was waiting in the reception for them.

"Well look who it is! Well done Kihyun!" Taehyung praised when he saw him walking towards him "you beat cancer" Taehyung smiled softly.

"T-thank you mr TaeTae" Kihyun giggled and shyly hid behind Hoseok's legs. Spending time with Taehyung the past 3 days made the twins feel more comfortable around him, enough so that they started calling him 'Mr TaeTae.'

"Mmhm! He's doing very well he even insisted on walking to the car!" Hoseok encouraged making Kihyun giggle once more.

"That's amazing" Taehyung gasped "you can do it!"

Kihyun nodded with a bright smile on his face before looking at Hoseok.

"Ready to go back home? Hansung must be waiting for us!" Hoseok cooed causing Kihyun to nod once more and followed after Taehyung to the car.

With a little break Kihyun eventually made it to the car with Hoseok being by him with every step.

The ride back was filled with music from the radio and at times Kihyun's random squealing when he saw something of interest.

"We're back." Parking within the apartments' car park. Taehyung got out to grab Hoseok's bag as Hoseok helped Kihyun "Taehyung I can carry the bag it's okay."

Shaking his head Taehyung locked the car "don't worry about it, come on let's go."

Nodding in response Hoseok held Kihyun's hand as they headed inside. Getting to their apartment Hoseok unlocked the door.

"Welcome home Kihyun!" Hansung cheered with Wonho and Hyungwon.

Squealing at the surprise the youngest giggled and jumped excitedly only to start pouting at the sudden pain. Before he could burst in to tears Hoseok was quick to pick him in his arms and bounce him "wow! Ki look Hansung made you cupcake!"

Wiping at his eyes Kihyun looked at the cupcake and giggled excitedly "cupcake!"

"I made it!!" Placing both hands on his hips a prideful smile adorned his face.

"Mmhm! Hansung and Hyungwon wanted to make something special for his return, the cupcakes they did came out well." Ruffling both Hansung's and Hyungwon's hair in praise the young boys giggled happy.

"Amazing! Can I try some too? Or are they just Kihyun's?" Taehyung pouted causing all the boys to giggle.

"Hansung make, Hansung decide." Kihyun nodded.

"Hmmm...." Rubbing his chin Hansung pretended to think before nodding "mr TaeTae can have some! Eomma too!"

"Yay, thank you!" Taehyung smiled his bright boxy smile.

Wonho and Hyungwon didn't stay long, after enjoying some tea and a cupcake they were on the way back home. As for Taehyung he stayed to help Hoseok with the laundry and even treated them to dinner by cooking. Hoseok didn't expect him to stay this long but he was very grateful for his help.

"Thanks for everything Taehyung, you can go ahead and go you've done a lot already." Hoseok came over after bathing and changing the twins into pjs.

"I've done nothing compared to the 4 years you had to deal with Hoseok." Drying up the last item Taehyung put it away. "Besides now that Kihyun is back home safe and recovering we need to talk about what happened before Kihyun's surgery."
