"What? Why is it postponed?" Replicating the younger's frown he glanced at the shorter displaying his phone and texts to this 'wonho'.

"Because, apparently I didn't pay enough but I had the right amount; I paid for his surgery the other day! They even scheduled his next surgery to be in 3 days from today. So I don't see why they'd suddenly change the price?" Seeing the younger's frown deepen Taehyung was about to reply when the younger continued "they won't tell Wonho the new price because it's 'confidential' apparently, I need to go back there."

Quickly standing up Taehyung followed straight after "I'll come with you." Seeing Hoseok nod both of them rushed back over to the hospital.

Arriving at the hospital the two made their way over to Kihyun's room where the said boy was crying in Wonho's arms.

"Kihyun!" Flooded with worry Hoseok carefully took his boy from Wonho, gently enveloping him in his arms

"E-eomma! E-eomma it h-hurts" sobbing into his mother's chest Hoseok tried to soothe him by petting his head "shhh eomma's here." Looking up from a weak tug at his sleeve he saw his other son with tears rolling down his cheeks. Without hesitation he brought him into his arms too assuring the both of them that everything will be okay even though he himself wanted to breakdown.

Unable to bare the scene no more Taehyung crouched down to wrap his arms around Hoseok. He might've been out of line and Hoseok might be angry about it later but even after all the years that have passed Taehyung could still read Hoseok like a book he was close to a breakdown which was the last thing their sons need.

"They fell asleep again" Hoseok said quietly after a long torturous 30 minutes for Hoseok as he hated seeing his children in pain.

"They should've given Kihyun meds for his pain way before you arrived, I don't know why they refused when your friend asked." Looking up at the buff male he smiled slightly "nice to meet you" pulling away from Hoseok he stood up straight to properly greet him as Hoseok carefully set his sons down on the hospital bed.

"We've met once before actually, 5 years ago" Accepting the older's handshake Wonho smiled at the other's confusion "I still work at where you met Hoseok." Seeing the realisation draw on him Wonho retreated his hand before focusing his attention back on Hoseok when he heard him speak.

"Did they really not tell you the price?" Seeing Wonho shake his head caused the younger to bite his lip "I'll go find out."

"Do you want me to—"

"No, no I'll go ask a nurse myself." Before Taehyung could protest Hoseok was already out the door leaving the two males in a awkward silence.

"So...you and Hoseok worked together?"

"Why did you leave Hoseok?"

Taken aback by the sudden question Taehyung bit his lip "its...complicated."

"Okay then, how about explaining suddenly wanting to be in their lives after 4 years, you know those boys mean everything to Hoseok right?" Gesturing to the sleeping angels Taehyung's gaze followed.

"I know..." sighing softly Taehyung was going to continue till he saw a very pale Hoseok walk in with his arms wrapped around himself tightly for comfort.
