Diana's POV

Waking up, I'm confused as I stare at my surroundings, before I remember last night.

We really fell asleep on the office floor.

Well, Alex did. I slept ontop of him.

I carefully get up, not wanting to wake him. I walk over to the couch, grabbing a blanket that was drapped over the back of it.

I go back to Alex, and place the blanket over his body, and adjust the cushion under his neck.

I go over to Alex's desk, opening the bottom drawer. I know he keeps one or two spare shirts in here. Grabbing one, I put it on, buttoning it up.

My shirt from last night is probably still damp, plus at least when I wear his shirt it reached down below my ass, covering a bit more.

I sit on the chair at his desk, and use my phone to watch Netflix.

Its around fifteen minutes until I see Alex standing up off the ground in the corner of my eye.

I put my phone down, smiling at him as he walks over tiredly. His eyes are half open, while his hair is weirdly not that messy.

He spins the chair so I'm facing him, before leaning down and pecking my lips. I squeal when he suddenly picks me up without warning.

I cling onto him, while he carries me over to the couch. He sits down with me straddling his lap.

"You have to give me warning before you lift me" I tell him, and he hums, hugging me while resting his chin on my shoulder.

Smiling, I hug him back.

"You seem tired" I state, and he hums. I laugh. "To tired for words?" I ask as I pull back. He groans, nodding his head as he leans his forehead on my chest. I chuckle, combing my hair through his messy hair.

"Good morning" He whispers after a few minutes, and I chuckle.

"You know we have work today" I sigh, not wanting this to end. I had a good night last night with him, and so far it turning out to be a good morning. Work will ruin it. "You're delusional if you think we're going to work today" He mumbles, and I laugh, very relieved.

I stare at him, a small smile on my face. He smiles back. "What?" He chuckles, and my smile slightly falters into a tight lipped one. I drop my gaze to his chest,  before sighing.

"I love you, you know that right?" I tell him, looking back up to gauge his reaction.

He freezes, staring at me with wide eyes while I smile, brushing some hair out of his forehead.

He grips my jaw suddenly, sitting up a bit and forcing me to stare into his eyes.

I chuckle, staring at him confused while he studies my eyes, as if making sure I'm not lying.

I smile at him, placing my hand over his and gently pulling it away. He releases his grip from my jaw, and I cup his face in my hands.

"I love you Alex" I tell him, looking him in his beautiful eyes so he can see I'm speaking nothing but the truth.

I smile, leaning in slowly and gently pressing my lips to his. He pulls back, seeming to have snapped out of his shocked daze.

"I love you more than words will ever be able to describe Diana" Alex mumbles, and I blush at his words.

I then grin, smashing my lips onto his. He laughs against my lips, before kissing me back with just as much eagerness.

When we pull away a few minutes later, I lean my forehead against his,  staring into his eyes. "I love you more than any mug of hot chocolate" I tell him seriously, and he laughs.
