Chapter 5: The Twin Dragons

Y/N's POV

It's now January 2001 and I was going home from work when I spotted a familiar dragon on the wall. I see this is the place where Mitsuya sprayed this and Draken became fond of it. I wonder when they met... 

Just as I was about to walk away when someone called out to me, "Hey there! Why are you walking by yourself late at night?!" I then turned around to see little Draken and little Mitusya. 

"I'm just trying to go home. You don't have to worry about me." 

"Where're your parents? Why are they letting you out so late?" Draken asked.

"I don't have any." 

"Oh, I see. It's okay I don't have any either" Draken said.

"But still, you shouldn't be out this late Miss" Mitsuya spoke. 

"Thank you for worrying about me you guys. But don't worry about me, you guys should go home too. I was only walking alone at night because of my job at a convenience store. It's quite far from my house, that's why." I mean I would do the work closer to my house but that wouldn't make sense because my house is too big and it'll confuse people. The 2 of them didn't say though, I mean I understand. Like what are you supposed to say after that? So I spoke up, "no need to pity me. I'm perfectly fine and able to defend myself. By the way, the dragon on the wall, did you spray paint it?" 

"Yea, I did. How did you know?" Mitsuya asked me suspiciously. 

"You're holding black spray paint and that's the same colour as the dragon." Of course, I knew because this was shown in the manga but he doesn't need to know that. 

"Oh, yeah I forgot about that and my name is Mitsuya Takashi."

"My name is L/N Y/N and what is your name?"

"My name is Ryuguji Ken and since the 2 of you have nowhere to go do you guys want to go with me?" I never said I have nowhere to go, in fact, I said that I was going home but I guess this is my opportunity to get close to them.

We were having fun playing poker when Mitsuya mentioned his life and said that he would want to live here too. In return one of the girls used her feet to push his face. Now we were walking out. 

"Do you like your mother's dishes?" Draken suddenly asked.

Mitsuya then mentioned how her mother never cooks and even if she does it doesn't taste good. But Draken said that he doesn't have parents and wishes he can say that. 

"Mitsuya, I know you are worried about your siblings. You have been constantly checking the time and looking distressed. If you are thinking about whether or not you should go to your siblings then go because you wouldn't be thinking about it if weren't significant to you." With that, I quietly left. I would have done more today if I didn't feel so tired today and plus I can't ruin their first meeting too much.

Mitsuya's POV 

Both of them are good people and mature... Y/N especially seems like she has been through a lot. I feel so sad thinking about her she looks so tired mentally. I hope I get to see her again... 

Draken's POV

Mitsuya and Y/N both of them don't have it easy. But Y/N I think went through even more than a lot of people in the world. I wonder what was going through her head. I can never seem to read her... She's mysterious and I hope I can get closer to her because I want to help her...
