Chapter 14: Merry Christmas

3rd POV

You were in a deep slumber and currently, Mikey was there alone while holding your hand as though his life depended on it.

"Y/N-chin... why did you have to end up like this? Must you always worry me like this? I have so many things for us to do and yet you are laying on this bed with your eyes closed like this. What's the point of being the strongest when I can't protect the one I love the most..." He said while crying his heart out.

Unknowingly to him, someone was outside listening to all of this.

Everyone took turns in taking care of you while you were in the hospital comatose. They argued about who should take care of you on what days so they made a schedule for it.

Schedule for Taking Care of Y/N

Monday: The Former Black Dragons

Tuesday: Toman

Wednesday: The Current Black Dragons

Thursday: Tenjiku

Friday: Toman

Saturday: The Girls

Sunday: Toman

Because Toman had more people who wanted to visit her they were given 3 days. Although the gangs almost fought because of that.

Today was Christmas Eve meaning it was the battle between Toman and Black Dragons.

Takemichi's POV

Things were really not looking good for us. Mitsuya and Chifuyu are already badly hurt. Now I'm finding out that Mikey isn't coming and we have to stop him all by ourselves. We can't win a fight against them, we are all going to die...

"Hakkai, you don't have to help us but will you lend a hand to help Yuzuha?"

While they were talking we decided that Chifuyu will take on the boy with blonde hair while I take on the boy with black hair. We were now fighting them but I can see that both of us are struggling right now.

3rd POV

Hakkai now grabbed a knife and was running towards Taiju but Takemichi stopped him from doing so. He was now telling him that if he carries on with this act he will become an irredeemable person. Saying murdering someone is not how you fight back and how he'll show what it means to fight back.

When things were looking hopeless for Takemichi, they simultaneously punched each other. Taiju then fell onto his knees while Takeimichi was trying to get up.

Hakkai was now desperately begging him to stop but Takemichi spoke to him, "Hakkai... fighting on isn't painful. What hurts more than anything is loneliness."

Hakkai was now confessing that he lied to everyone about protecting Yuzuha when it was the other way around this entire time.

"You suck!!! But don't think you're the only one who sucks. Because I suck more." Takemichi said to him.

Now Mitsuya was telling them about how he sucks.

"Hakkai, don't you love Y/N-chan? Do you want her to wake to you being in jail for killing your brother?!" Takemichi asked him.

Hakkai's POV

Flashback

"But Hakkai I don't want you to become a murder..." she said.

With that, I turned around to face her and hugged her. Her face was buried into my chest while I held her head with my hands. "Y/N... please trust me with this..."
