WILL'S POV
WHEELER HOUSEHOLD, HAWKINS INDIANA
I had gotten up earlier than Mike and Lucas, to begin preparing a new D&D campaign, hoping this would take their minds off the girls, and the argument with Felix. I had finally finished setting it up, and now, I blasted the music.
They awoke with a start, old soda cans going flying. "What's going on, it's so early..."
"Is it? Is it early, Michael?" I glared.
Lucas sighed. "Will—"
"Please address me by my full name."
"What?"
I hit my staff on the ground. "My full name!"
"Okay, 'Will the Wise...' It's too early." Mike leaned his head back.
"Today is a new day! A day... Free of girls!" I smiled.

We played for a while, but they didn't seem into it. The phone rang, and Mike and Lucas's heads whipped towards the sound.
"No! Stop, it's a distraction!" I was desperate. Mike practically leapt for the phone. "No!"
"Hello?" He hung up the phone. "It was a wrong number."
I shook my head. "Fine. You guys win. Congratulations." I stopped the music, and took my hat and robes off.
"No, we wanna keep playing. Right?" Mike looked at Lucas.
"Y-Yeah, totally!" Lucas smiled.
"No, I said forget it, Mike, okay? I'm going home..." I ran up the stairs, and into the garage to get my bike.
"Will, you can't leave it's raining," Mike tried to stop me. "It was a cool campaign, it's really cool, we're just... not in the mood right now."
"Yeah, Mike, that's exactly the problem!! You guys are never in the mood anymore! You're ruining our party." I said angrily to Mike.
"That's not true!" Mike defended himself.
"Really? Where's Dustin right now?" I looked at him. He was speechless. "See? You don't know, and you don't even care, and obviously he doesn't either, and I don't blame him! You're doing all of this, and for what? So you can swap spit with some stupid girl?"
Mike was quick to defend El. "El's not stupid! It's not my fault you don't like girls." I stared, with wide eyes. I quickly got on my bike, and rode home.
"Will! Wait, I'm sorry! I didn't mean it..."

FELIX'S POV
HENDERSON HOUSEHOLD, HAWKINS INDIANA
I was on my bed, listening to music while reading a comic. It was a very rainy afternoon, meaning there wasn't much to do. I quietly hummed to the tune, and jumped when I heard the phone on my bedside table ring.
"Hello?"
A quiet sob sounded through the phone. "H-Hey... it's Will... can you come over?"
I was worried. "What's the matter?? Are you alright?"
He sniffled. "Yeah... but I just need someone right now."
"Okay, I'll be over in ten. Just breathe, and I'll be there soon." I hung up, and grabbed my leather jacket. I hopped on my bike, and rode as fast as I could through the rain. It was cold, but I had to get to Will. I hoped he was okay. I almost fell a few times, but I was lucky I didn't. I arrived at Will's house, and went inside.
I shed my wet converses, and jacket. "Will?" I went into his room, and saw him soaked and crying.
"Will, what happened? Are you okay?" I sat beside him, and wrapped my arm around his shoulder. He leaned into me.
He gave me the basics of the story. "He really hurt me, Felix..."
I hugged him. "I know... I know it's hard. Chances are, he was caught up in the argument, but that still doesn't make it right." My wet curls dripped onto Will's back. The way Will hugged me made me really realize that I may be falling for him.
"But... something else happened. I felt... him again." Will looked into my eyes—eye, technically.
I gasped a little. "Oh dear... Let's not focus on that for now, okay? Let's focus on relaxing." We both jumped when we heard a knock on the door. We both got up to go open the door.
It was Mike and Lucas. "Come to apologize?" I looked at them, and they nodded.
We told them about how the Mind Flayer was back, and they sat, not knowing what to think.
"We'll call the girls tomorrow. Let's go back to my place, and we can come up with a plan." Mike nodded, and we all went to Mike's house.
