The Lady Investor Club was a prestigious club for the elite that allowed them to trade, talk business, and interact with one another about their respected regions. They would meet up in the middle of the month at whoever got chosen to host the club for the month, have their servants serve tea and snacks, and invite one of their younger proteges. This was an opportunity to not only brag about their accomplishments, but to check to see how the other regions were handling business.

The Anemo representative was Jean, the king's advisor and the head of the guild. She was a hard-working woman that constantly tired herself out from the work she did combined with the ones she did for the king. Her aid was the scientist Sucrose, whom was sitting next to her jotting down notes.

The Pyro representative was Hu Tao, a business lady in the realm of the dead. She ran a successful morgue in the fiery region and thrived in the environment. Her aid was a young lawyer by the name of Yanfei. Said lawyer was one of the most promising students from the academy and helped in every legal case that befell her country.

The Cyro representative was Ayaka, the so called princess of the north. There was beauty with her words and the way she carried herself was one of dignified grace and intelligence. Her aid was the equally dignified Eula of the Lawrence Clan, a swordswoman who served the royals with a cold stare and a vengeful spirit.

The Electro representative was Beidou, one of the various globe trotters of Inazuma. She was the captain of her own ship and mighty crew, venturing across the seas to find new goods and items to sell. With her today was her business partner in crime Dori and her elusive genie friend.

The Hydro representative was Yelan, a woman that worked hard in the ministry. Working in law enforcement in the branch for civil affairs, she made sure to enforce the law and rules throughout all of Fontaine. Her aid was the illustrious Mona Megistus, astrologer expert who read the fates of all who asked.

As usual, the Geo representative was Lady Ningguang and her aid was usually either Keqing or Ganyu. Today was the latter, who was excited to see Ayaka after all these months. She hardly ever got to see her Cryo family unless it was on vacations and when she had time from work. The Dendro royals never sent anyone to be their delegate, but Ningguang knew that the little princess meant well. After all, it was Queen Kusanali that kept her daughter from leaving the jungle bound kingdom.

"Thank you all for coming here today. I'm so glad that you could all be here for our monthly meeting." The Geo woman gave a glance around the table. "Before we start the meeting, I would like to inform everyone that we are going to be dining on something different from the usual fare we serve."

"A new food item? Oh how exciting!" Ayaka clapped her hands. "I'm eager to see what you have today. Your region has such great variety of foods to sample."

"Did you get some local tavern to serve us food or some fancy new restaurant?" Beidou wondered, leaning against the table.

Before Ningguang could reply, the door to the balcony opened abruptly. Daiyu sauntered in with a couple of large plates in both her hands and one small plate on her head. Behind her, Xiangling was cheering in her head as she brought out an ornate teapot with some cups. The two made their way to the table, placing all the plates down carefully.

Daiyu wiped her hands on her apron before bowing. "Esteemed guests, we have a selection of simple foods that will sedate your palettes. Normally, you are served the standard tea cakes, small sandwiches, and strong tea. I have heard your complaints and have prepared a new menu for you to try." She placed a hand on the two plates and uncovered them. "For your tasting pleasure, I have prepared a traditional Liyue snack of Rice Buns. For the sweet side, me and the head chef decided to serve you something from the region of Sumeru, Padisarah Pudding. For the tea selection, we have a mix blend of Sumeru Rose, Sweet Flower, and Glaze Lily for a floral sweet tea. I do hope you enjoy."
