You sighed for the nth time today as you look at your surroundings. Couples, couples and more couples.
And you were hearing unfamiliar terms such as green or yellow or red. Good for them, they found their soulmate. Except for you.
Today, you were at a Café, where your friend had set up a blind date for you. Even your friend already has a soulmate so she wanted to find you your soulmate.
"Are you Y/N L/N?" You look up to see a guy with a side ponytail talking to you.
Eye contact is there but no colours in your world. Guess he isn't your soulmate. But nonetheless, you nodded and the two of you begin chatting.
Soon, after he, Kaedehara Kazuha brought you to an aquarium, the date ended and you did not meet your soulmate once again.
"At this rate... I'll definitely grow old alone" You mumble as you slowly fall asleep.
The next day.
"Y/N! How was your date?" Your best friend Lumine ask.
"Lumi... Kaedehara-san is a good person but..." Lumine sighs.
"Not your soulmate huh..." Says Lumine and you nodded.
"Ojou-chan! I finally found you!" A voice called out as he engulfs Lumine in a hug.
"Childe!"

Childe is Lumine's soulmate as of last year. Though they bicker, you can tell that they love each other.
"Why the sad face? Still no luck?" You nodded.
"Hmm, I know a person who still can't see colours. Maybe—"
"Alright class take your seat! We'll be starting homeroom!"
The students quickly either scram back to their class or back to their seats.
"Ahem, so we will be introducing a new student for the term. Please come in" says the Sensei.
You watch as the student step up to the platform.
'Hmm, not bad looking. He looks cute and his pigtails hairstyle suits him too. Green hair streaks and turquoise coloured-'
Your thoughts stop. Your eyes widen as you quickly look around you.
"I can see..." You mumbled.
"Hello everyone! I'm Venti!"
"I can see colours now!" You exclaims softly.
Lunch break...
"Venti!" You called to the new student.
"Oh hello there. Been waiting for you my soulmate" He greets.
"You can see colours too?" You ask.
"Why of course. We're soulmates aren't we? May I have the honor to know your name?" Venti ask.
"Oh umm, I'm Y/N L/N. Umm Venti, do you think we can hang out?" You ask.
"Why of course" says Venti.
Meanwhile, Lumine and Childe were watching from the corners.
"I guess the new kid is her soulmate" says Childe.
"I'm so happy for her. C'mon, let's not disturb them" says Lumine and the two quietly sneak away.
