First Love-II

Four years Ago,

Charles's POV,

After talking about pete and others for a while, we were working together to set up the place for fire camp. We both got settled down in a place after completing the work. I noticed Disha doing some funny mischief things.. She was doing something in zacky's tent, I went near her, " what are you upto now". She jumped in fear, " oh my god!! You scared me, okay dont tell zacky, I'm going to put this toy spider under his bedsheet".

After completing the mission, we went back to the lake,

Disha's POV,

Me and charles were walking to the lake, on the way we were making fun of zacky, after reaching the lake we went in separate ways. I was busy taking some photos, after a while I sat near the lake and started to clean my camera lenses, then charles came to me," hey Disha, are you free now"... I smiled and nodded, he was standing there without saying anything but I can see that he has something on his mind so I asked him, " do you want to say something, Charles"...

"hum yes!! No!! I mean Nothing..no.. Am sorry".

Disha's POV,

He walked away from me, then he came back again and asked me, "why do you love photography so much"... I turned toward him and said, "This is what you wanted to know"... He looked at me with a firm look, "if you don't want to tell me, fine I can understand". ... I asked him to sit next to me, " You know you can ask me anything right ..Not only zacky you people are my friends too" ... He sat next to me to hear about my past...I started to tell him the person who gave me this passion.

"After my parents passed away I came to live with my grandparents, I felt so lonely, hated everything and everyone around me... So one day my granddad took me to this lake, we traveled for hours to reach that place, I dont know why he took me there, with confused look I asked him, "what you gonna do here". He knelt down and said,"Not me, it's you who gonna do something here".

16 years back,

Lil Disha,

Me!! Why!! What!?.

Granddad : Tell me what can you see in this place ( showing the near meadow).

Lil Disha : Grass!? Some insects!? . Really. Don't tell me you took me here to show these grasses.

Granddad : (Laughs loud) ... You are just like your Father. ( Taking out his camera). Wait!!

Taking some pictures of the grasses,

Now tell me what you see?? ( showing the pictures he took).

Back to four years-Disha and Charles,

Those pictures my granddad showed me that day changed my life completely....

(Charles with curious look on his face asked Disha)

what did you see..

Disha's POV,.

I smiled and said, " he showed me ants taking food, some insects fighting with each other and the last picture he showed was really breathtaking, he showed me a droplet,, inside that droplet he showed me a mirage of the sun captured and a small grasshopper was trying to drink it" . After showing me those pictures he said, " I took you to this place because I know your angry with your parents, I know you are sad since they left you, but my little Disha, whatever you do please don't hate them, you said they smiled when they left you, but just like the medows you saw earlier, you had only seen their smile but deep inside they loved and love you more than you can imagine ... So please don't carry hatred and forget their love ".

To the present,

Natalie,

so you fell in love with her after that.. I mean I fell in love with her granddad after hearing this,, seriously!! .... I won't be surprised if you did too..

Everyone glaring at Natalie..

(Charles laughing),"Not because of that, but because of the words she said after that"..

What did she say??.

Cassy : Actually she didnt say to us, she asked us.... She asked us back,, when we asked her, " what was her own reason to love photography".

Pete : I still remember them.. she asked us, "Do you guys know that there is no one in this world who doesn't smile when a photo is taken,,,, Atleast to act or to show himself or herself happy infront of others they smile, they laugh....Thats the power of a camera....and I want to use this power to make people smile".

Natalie : God!!! Now I understood. Why do you love her .... (pointing at charles).
