One Last Chance

Disha's POV,

I slowly walked inside the kitchen thinking why this is happening again. Suddenly my mobile phone started to ring, I knew it would be Steve, but what am I going to tell him now,he asked me to be there at 8 AM, it's already 7: 30 AM here, it ll take minimum one and half hours to make a stew with meat... As I was thinking deep about making stew, the call from Steve ended...I made up my mind and ran to the burner..

Margret : Disha, what you gonna do now, you know very well its not easy to cook the stew within half and hour.

I know they are concerned about me, so I just smiled and said, "I think I can".

Stella : (Pushing Margret aside) You gotta be kidding,how you gonna do it..

Disha : Can you help me with the vegetables? please cut them into cubes.

Stella : Vegetables!??

(Margret taking care of the vegetable cuttings and slices)

Disha : Trust me, I ll leave the Mansion at 7: 50 AM...Am doing something which my grandma thought me when I was kid,Its actually an Indian vegetable stew, it takes only 20 mins to cook..

Stella : Do you think you ll make to the place on time.

Disha : I hope (with a smile) it takes 20 mins to my office, but my friend asked me to meet him in a place which is only 7 mins away from our mansion...

Stella : (Tapping on Disha's shoulder) You are an hell of a women...I ll take care of the ingredients, dont worry.

After 20 mins,

Disha : (Placing a bowl on the dinner table) the stew you asked.

Taiga : (Pushing the bowl aside) My stew craving mood is gone....

(Leaving the table)

(Disha trying to control her anger by gritting her teeth)

In the car,

Disha : Bob !? Bob!? can you drive me faster to this place...Thank you so much.

(Disha getting inside the car)

Bob : Is something wrong? why are you in such a hurry?

Disha : I have no time to explain.Plea..

(Bob applying sudden brake)

What the hell!??? what happen Bob (Disha trying to look through the glass).. What is this? why they blocked this path.

Bob : I don't know and I don't think we can use this road, we need to take an alternative route before it gets crowded here...

(Turning the car to another direction).

In the Mansion,

Martin : Master!! they took the opposite route.

Taiga : Your work is done here..Take care of the shipment..

Few seconds later Disha left the Mansion,

Taiga : Hello Martin...Send our men to block the left route from the Mansion immediately..Yes.Now. Good..

Meanwhile In the Car,

Bob : Miss.Disha, please don't worry about those things,I think they must be doing some repair work. I' ll take you to that place so dont worry.

Ring!!Ring!!

James: Disha, dont make this worse,you are already 5 minutes late... He said he can't wait for you more than this..They are leaving..

Disha : James please, give me one chance am on my way..
