"--name is Ohriyu Matuka, and I'm going to be one of the few people you will interact with in your stay here. The Commission hired me to get to the bottom of finding the UA traitor." The man took his time to use his translucent yellow eyes to glare at every single one of the students. His voice was as flat as his desire to be there, and he was not afraid to tell these kids that fact. Ohriyu loathed having to deal with children, but he loved the freedoms he had earned through years of working under the Commission's rule. "As you all may know, you all will be living in this environment for the time being. You will have roommates and a specific schedule per person, as well as per group. During your stay here, everything you do will be documented and reviewed for any signs of suspicious activity, so rules must be followed to a T."

The man could practically feel the awkward, uncomfortable air around the students. A couple were even nervously shifting their weight between both feet.

"I will list the main rules, though the list will be placed in your rooms so you can memorize them. You will have two weeks to do so. Without further ado, the main rules of your stay includes: no electronics, no wandering without permission, no back-talking, no making big messes, no unauthorized quirk usage, no unauthorized items that have not been checked by an admin or Commission representative, and no going off schedule. Any questions?"

Without waiting more than three seconds, Ohriyu turned on his heel to leave, making his way to the medium size buildings before him. Earlier, he had told the group one was their living space, and the other was for their schooling, practice, and interrogating. "Follow me."

As the man walks away, the ten teenagers stand rooted to their spots. Anxiety trickles down their necks in the form of nervous sweating. Monoma and Todoroki stand close to one another, directly behind them, Aoyama stares blankly at the retreating adult. The shaky form of Midoriya stands next to Shoji who busies himself with rubbing the back of his neck.

Shinso and Mei stand slightly off to the side, Mei mumbling about ideas for new babies, while Shinso gives her a confused yet judgemental side eye.

Kodai, Soda, and Shiozaki stood together at the back of the group, nearest to where the bus had first dropped them off. Soda shuffled his feet, unable to keep still.

Todoroki was first to snap out of his confusion, glancing at his acquaintances before swiftly following the Commission worker. Monoma and Shinso were not far behind, followed by Kodai, Midoriya and Shoji. Then finally, Aoyama, Soda and Shiozaki trailed along as well. The soft sound of the ground shifting under their shoes was the only sound resonating through the air as they moved onward.

After reaching the "Dorm" building that would house the kids, Matuka stopped the group in the entryway. "Take off your shoes, then listen up. I will assign roommates momentarily, and then the guards will lead you to your rooms." He paused, looking a couple teens dead in the eyes, before motioning them to start changing shoes. Once they jolted to a start, Matuka rolled his eyes. Stupid children. "Upon reviewal, unstead of placing everyone into duos, the Commission requested two groups of three students  to board together so boys and girls remain separated. Groups are as followed: Monoma, Aoyama and Soda, Todoroki and Shinso, Shoji and Midoriya, and Mei with Shiozaki and Kodai."

A couple murmurs came from the group, but were quickly silenced by the glare of Matuka.

"During your stay, you all will learn manners including the correct and incorrect ways to function as a hero." Matuka chided, his glare freezing the kids in place.

Soda gulped, sending a quick glance at Monoma. The blonde was standing stiffly, slightly shifting his weight between feet.

"Now get with your group and wait for a guard to approach and guide you to your rooms." The Commission worker monotoned before walking out of the dorm building.

Moments passed where Todoroki, Ibara, and Aoyama stood stock still, passively watching the guards across the room. Slowly Aoyama let a grin take over his face, smiling brightly before moving towards Monoma. Soda followed with the other two members of his group.

Shinso, who finished glaring at the back of Matuka's receding figure, immediately walked towards Todoroki. The duel-quirked individual didn't even register his roommate approaching, and instead continued to stare into space blankly. Shoji watched as the three girls in the group all clumped together and started to partake in a hushed conversation together. He could eavesdrop if he had enough energy to do so, and yet he found himself not at all interested. Instead he turned towards his designated roommate, Midoriya. The greenette was shivering, which was odd because the room was warm. Then again, Midoriya always seemed to wear long sleeves when not working out or in uniform…so he could see the lack of layers affecting the short teen so much.

As if sensing that the groups were all formed, four guards stepped forward and stood next to the designated teens.

Todoroki was outright glaring at the massive figure that broke him out of his daze. A small amount of fear bubbled up in his chest at the intimidating figure. He was built much like Endeavor, wide and strong, which forced the heterochromatic teen to enter a fight or flight response. Luckily enough, he was able to push down his anxiety enough to not act on such emotions.

The guard glanced down at the two stoic teens next to him. His burly face was accented with a small mole on his left cheekbone, a slightly crooked nose, and otherwise rather handsome features. His thick eyebrows made his angry expression look ten times more stern.

Yet Shinso was not phased at all. After being treated like nothing better than a cruel villain since childhood, his skin was forced to become thick. The purple haired teenager took his time to full on glare at the adult, matching expressions and even going so far as to cross his arms.

A few these moments passed before the guard spoke up. "Follow me." His voice was deep and bumpy with a small rasp.

Todoroki had to fight back a flinch as the man abruptly turned on his heel and walked off, expecting the two teens to immediately follow. He got a decent seven feet away before Shinso and Todoroki actually moved from their spots.

From then, the other guards slowly peeled away, separating the four groups and leading them to their rooms accordingly.
