"No wonder no one opened their door." y/n said as she walked into the station with Ben and robert "They're all here."
A dog ran in past them making everyone step back but Ben and y/n
"Whoa!"
"Hey, there." Ben said looking at it before looking at robert "You never seen a German shepherd?"
"That's a Belgian Malinois." Sullivan told him "I don't do Malinois."
"I think it has something in its mouth" y/n said grimacing at it
"Hey, well, you got something in your mouth?" Ben said going to the dog "Yes, you do. Yes, you do. You- Whoa. You got a bloody shoe. You want to let it out?" Ben tried taking it out of the dogs mourh "Hey, keep your coats on. May have to go out looking for the owner of this shoe."
"Ow." A man said limping in
"Warren?" Y/n said not looking away from the man
"Has, uh, anyone seen my dog?" He asked "I accidentally chainsawed my foot off. But it's okay, because I stapled it back on." The dog ran to him and he pet it "Good boy."
"You got this one?" Y/n asked as the two picked up the man and carried him to the aid car
Y/n looked over at the desk to see Travis looking at her weird and she just put her arms up in defence before heading up the stairs making it to the top as yelling men were passing her
"Shut the hell up" she yelled after them they went quiet until they got to the bottom of the stairs
"You made your chilli!" Y/n announcd running to Miller and going to the left of him before grabbing a spoon
"Mm-hmm." He nodded "Yeah."
"Dean's special chili." Jack ran over and grabbed a spoon before taking a bite like y/n was
"Needs salt?" Dean asked
"No. It's so good." Y/n nodded smiling at Miller and ignoring jack
"Good." Jack nodded eying y/n as he spoke
"You think any more people will show up tonight?" Miller asked
"Isn't, like, half of Seattle here already?" Y/n said as she walked away from jack who walked closer to her before he grabbed a handful of cheese and ate it
"The baby needs chili!" JJ yelled seeing as she had headphones on
"Almost ready!" Miller yelled back
"Aww. She's like a tiny, little monster." Jack smiled
"Growing a second, tinier monster inside of her." Miller said before scooping up chilli and putting it into a bowl
"You excited?" Y/n asked
"It's not the first word that comes to mind." He shrugged
"Eager? Enthusiastic? Exhilarate-" Y/m offered
"Terrified." He looked up at her "I'm terrified."
"Do you have any raw onions?" JJ yelled
"On top or mixed in?" Miller yelled bacl
"Both. And don't yell." JJ took off the headphones "It makes the baby kick like crazy."
"Uh, sour cream?"
"Why would you even ask that?"
"Mmm. It smells good in here." Andy said walking in
"That a yes or a no?" Miller asked looking at jack
