BANG BANG BANG "Steve WAKE YOUR ASS UP!" Steve jolted awake, looking around vigorously.

He sighed when he saw Dustins goofy smiling face pressed up against the glass. "Goddamn it Dustin, how many times have I said not to scare me like that!" Steve out his hand in his chest and leaned back. His heart was racing.

Dustin laughed loudly and opened the door. "Steve come on man! We've starviiiiing. We need fooooood!" Dustin whined, climbing on top of Steve as he spoke.

Steve groaned, feeling the heavy weight of Dustin crushing his lungs. "You're old enough to make your own food Dustin."

Dustin whined again. "It tastes so much better when you make it though Steve. PLEEEEEEEASE."

Steve groaned. "Alright alright fine. Get the hell off me."

Dustin smiled and climbed out of the car quickly, with Steve following suite and following him inside. "Can we have pancakes?" Dustins goofy smile made Steve's heart melt. He wrapped his arm around him and hugged him close as they were walking.

"Sure toothless." He laughed when Dustin gasped and punched him.

"Not cool man! That's still a very sensitive subject for me!" Steve laughed and shook his head. They made their way inside. He went into the kitchen and started making pancakes. He looked around for Robin as he poured the pancake batter into the pan, he breathed heavily when he didn't see her and focused back in the pan.

He knew she was pissed at him. She had every right to be. He knew he was being hard headed but he really just didn't feel like being hurt anymore. He needed her to understand.

He made about 10 pancakes and 5 eggs for El and watched as they all devoured the food, as if they've never been fed a day in their lives.

He smiled and shakes his head, placing his hands on the counter and sighing.

"I'm gonna go find Robin. Get your shit together and be ready when I come back. I'll take you all home." They all nodded, too busy with their food to speak. He shook his head again and made his way up the stairs. His stomach twisted, his nerves in edge. He knew Robin was mad, but he also knew no matter how mad she was at him that she would always always always, sleep in his bed.

He walked to the door and opened it slightly, trying to be as quiet as possible, peaking in. He saw Robin laying on his bed, her hair barely showing. He smiled and made his way in, bring sure to close the door quietly. He walked over to the bed and laid beside her. Watching as she stirred.

She opened her eyes and looked at Steve, he flashed her an apologetic smile, but she just rolled her eyes and turned the other way, throwing the covers over her head.

Steve laughed and snuggled as close to her as possible, wrapping his arm around her.

"I'm sorry about lastnight. I was still really upset." She turned slightly and looked at him, a small smile playing in her lips. He smiled and cuddled in her back. She hummed and intertwined their fingers.

"I'm sorry too. I shouldn't have said what I said. I just.." she turned to face Steve. Placing their foreheads together. "I don't want to see you go threw the hell I went threw with Vickie. I've never felt so much pain emotionally. Ever. I want you to be able to be with Eddie and be comfortable." He sighed and snaked his arm under her head, pulling her to lay on his chest. He sighed and closed his eyes. He loved when they weren't mad at each other. They were platonic soulmates.

"I know Robin and I love you for that but, I think the best thing for me and Eddie right now, is to stay away from each other. Who knows maybe one day I'll change my mind but until then, I'm keeping my distance." Robin sighed and wrapped her arm around his torso.
