Childe heard the whisper and was surprised, He thought Zhongli was in the livingroom?

I have his wallet.. How could could his wallet be there? It was pretty obvious he was lying. He lacked acting skills.
A sweat fell down through Zhongli's face knowing he lost his wallet. He closed the drawer and left the room awkwardly.
Childe continued eating and recalled something..."-here, Im going somewhere."
He placed his fork down and started to look for Zhongli, he found him in the bathroom brushing his teeth to get ready. Childe waited outside until Zhongli finally opened the door.
Zhongli: Are you looking for me?
Childe: Yes, can I come with you?
Zhongli: What do you mean?
Childe: You said you were going somewhere.
Zhongli: I am attending a meeting about my work at 12.
Childe: Oh? But can we hangout after?

Childe: Okay. My name is Childe, And as you know I am the waiter from yesterday and I am 29 years old.
Zhongli: I've already told you my name, Zhongli. I work at Wansheng funeral parlor and I am 34 years old.
Childe: Alright. So are we gonna go somewhere later?
Zhongli: Yes, since we know eachother now.
"🔶️ Mind: He isn't bright as the waiter from yesterday, He is more Childe from the past." He thought to himself as some painful memories flooded his mind making his heart ache.
The ginger noticed Zhongli's eyes became slightly dull suddenly.
Childe: Are you okay? Im sorry if I said something wrong
Zhongli: Im okay, I just dozed off for a second. You did nothing
"I'll wait for you in the car." Zhongli said leaving the room. Childe was a little bit worried for him. He started preparing himself for Zhongli's meeting.

Childe went outside and entered Zhongli's car that was waiting for him. It was just a short drive since Zhongli's work is near.
Zhongli: We're here.
Childe looked up and down looking shocked because of how big the building is just for a funeral parlor.
Childe: This...This is where you work for a funeral parlor? If I die maybe my body can live here in a luxurious coffin!
Zhongli giggled
Zhongli: We offer discounts.
Childe: Heh. Where can I wait?
