It's not a news anymore that Haruto starts missing Doyoung the moment he opens his eyes in the morning. He did promise not to bother the elder again, but every time he sets foot in his uni- the same institution as the flower boy, he can't help looking for the said guy. No, he doesn't practically look for an opportunity to do dirty stuff, he just wants to see the cute and gorgeous boy once. For this, he intentionally takes detours around Doyoung's department, some days succeeding in receiving a smile or a wave from Doyoung, some days with no trace of him. It was good though. Because if the longing turns burdensome, Haruto can always call him.

Doyoung would come to him anyway.

And he did. Barely two days passed after the last time, and Haruto was already on edge. He failed locating Doyoung anywhere in the uni and he kept missing the elder. He tried not to be too needy, but as the seconds passed, he could feel the heat inside him- as he remembered Doyoung's face, his voice, his gorgeous eyes.

Haruto called him. They had a pact of helping each other after all! So he figured- even if Doyoung doesn't make it to his place, he could still be happy by talking to his boy. He heard the phone ring multiple times before ending with a beep. It was weird. Doyoung always received at the first few rings. Why wasn't he receiving the call?

Haruto called again, no response. Then a few seconds later, again. The same outcome this time as well. Haruto let his phone rest on the bed with a sigh of frustration. Doyoung was probably busy. Probably taking a shower, or having dinner or simply having a life. He should stop worrying about that and get up. Haruto was used to hook ups, so he could just go look for one. Yet, every time he blinked, he could only picture the bubbly guy with a frown on him. Haruto couldn't rest well. He called Doyoung again.

This time too, the ringing lasted longer than usual. Haruto felt his heart drop because he knew he was gonna hear the same beep again. However, to his joy, the call was received.

"Hello, Doyoung? Where were you? I was-"

"Hello? Hi. I am not who you're looking for." Haruto heard from the other side, "The one you're calling, what is his name again?"

"Doyoung." Haruto frowned. He didn't recognize the voice. Plus there was music blasting through the phone. Where was Doyoung?

"Right, so Doyoung seems to be very drunk. And he's alone. I saw his phone ringing so I accepted it. It'd be better if you come and take him away from here?"

Haruto was purely concerned by then. He quickly asked for the address and took a note of it. So Doyoung was in the same bar they met first. What was he doing there? Why was he alone?? If he did look for a hook up like he did with Haruto, why did he drink so much?

Haruto took out his car and drove as fast as he could. He couldn't join all the dots. The whole thing didn't make sense. Doyoung didn't have any reason to be in that situation. Yet it happened and it bothered him so much!

Haruto almost rushed inside the bar once he successfully parked his car. It didn't take long to spot the guy with his head down, still holding a glass of wine. Doyoung looked very very drunk. Haruto ran to him, and he could clearly see those red, sweaty cheeks, hair glued to that forehead. Haruto gave him a slight shake, and Doyoung opened his eyes at that. He looked annoyed.

"Come on." Haruto tried to pull Doyoung up by the arm, but Doyoung sloppily protested.

"What are you doing?" He asked in a whiny, drunk voice.

"Taking you home of course!" Haruto replied, trying the same method again. Doyoung yanked his hand away, as strongly as his dazed self allowed.

"I don't wanna go home!" He objected. Haruto was a bit startled for a second, but soon regained his composure. He pulled the elder harder, holding him back so that he couldn't take his hand off anymore. It worked. Because Doyoung tried again, only to fail.
