============================

It's been a week since my interaction with Scott. He comes over here a lot more now.

He sneaks around, trying to go unnoticed. But with his brightly coloured self it's hard to miss him. His hair is literally cyan and his jacket is an array of colours, but he plays it off as needing gunpowder and terracotta whenever I catch him.

We both know when the other is lying. It's hard to miss it now. But even so, neither of us say anything.

The warden was delt with with help for Katherine and Sausage, and no help from Joel whatsoever.

Fwhip was due to be back soon. And I had no clue how he was going to react to being fired. But I'm sure he'd be alright and cooperative. What's the worst that could happen?

Joel continued to torment me and every time he did I found myself slipping from sanity. Tempted to fight back, the voice in my head encouraging me. However, Scott was always there to stop me. Because he's neighbours with Joel to the point where they could see each others empires from their own, he'd always know when the God was coming to make me feel like nothing.

I don't know why he cares so much. He himself played into me being a toy. But now he only seems to want me to feel alright. I can't remember the last time he made a toy joke. Sure I didn't mind because it was nice to know that someone definitely respected me. But sometimes I wish I'd just be able to fucking kill Joel.

Scott always told Joel to stop, and helped me calm down after he left. But I still don't get it. He heard me shout once and now he can't seem to help but make sure I'm perfectly okay.

However today when I logged in, only me and two other people were online.

Me, False and Joel.

See now False lived close to Scott's area, meaning she also lived near Joel. But I've never really spoken to her. And she can't see either of their areas from her own. So if Joel came over here now, there'd be nobody to stop him.

And I don't know if I like that fact or not.

But I wasn't going to let that stop me. I just went about my normal day in Tumbletown. First I changed the amount of days the railroad had been closed. It was expensive and I don't have the iron to spare. Although I believe False is in the business of iron so if I do want to avoid Joel I may go over there because I'd have a reason.

I didn't really know what I needed to do so I just decided to give Norman attention. I forgot all about my worries as I petted him. Plus he enjoyed the attention he was getting.

Then I heard fireworks from outside and I knew it could only be one person, one man.

"Oi Jimmy!" I heard a voice call from outside. A voice which was rather annoying and one that I'd rather not have had to hear today.

I sighed and put Norman down, a meow of complaint coming from his mouth.

"I know bud. Just give me a second, I'll be right back."

I gave my deputy one last pat then walked outside to where I found a rather tall yet annoying God man.

"What do you want Joel?" My annoyance clearly showing through my expression and speech.

"Woah calm down. Can't a man come visit somebody else?"

"Well yeah- but normally when you come over here it's to make fun of me. And I'm really not in the mood to deal with you today."
