The next morning hawk woke up after an hour of sleep with y/n next to him. He sat up and stroked y/n hair because he knows she feels safe when he does that
He got out of bed and went into the kitchen to see beer cans and vodka bottles everywhere.
He sighed. While he was cleaning the mess that wasn't even his up David and his mom came in from a bender.
Hawk rolled his eyes but carried on cleaning.
" Where's the coffee" mum asked like it was hawks job to make it.
" I haven't made any yet" he said annoyed.
" Well make some" David shouted
" Make it your self" hawk answered back.
This angered David and he grabbed hawk by the neck and pinned him to the fridge.
" Listen you little shit when I tell you to do something you do it do you understand" he said grabbing his neck to the point hawk couldn't breathe.
Hawk nodded and he let go and hawk panted for air.
Hawk made coffee and went to get y/n up.
" Hey wake up your going to demetris" he said shaking her gently.
Y/n woke up with a black eye forming.
Hawk face softened and he hugged her.
" I'm sorry he hurt you. Does that hurt" he asked trying to touch it without hurting her.
" A little" she said getting out of bed and getting clothes.
Hawk went downstairs to get y/n breakfast but David and mum took all the cereal.
Hawk sighed out of frustration. He already had enough to do today now he has to get more groceries with money he doesn't have.
Y/n came downstairs and saw David and looked petrified.
Hawk noticed this and went over to her and held her hand.
" It's okay he's not going to hurt you again I won't let him" hawk whispered.
Y/n smiled still scared and they made there way out.
" How long do you think he's going to be sticking around for" y/n asked taking hawks hand to walk to demetris.
" Im not sure not long knowing mum" he said.
They both walked to demetris and after hawk Made his way to the grocery store with hardly any money so he hoped he had enough.
