David stood up and looked at the judge. Every time y/n sees David she tenses up with fear. Hawk took her hand to calm her down.
" Your honor these children might not be biologically mine but i definitely do see them as my own but there's something that concerns me about Eli" he said staring at Eli. Eli looked up confused. He just knew this dick was about to start making up lies about him.
" Well what is it" the judge asked.
" Well everybody has been telling you all day what a fantastic brother he is but I don't think he is. Everyone all day has been saying he's not going to hurt y/n he'll always get hurt for her but the truth is Eli will hurt her" he said giving Eli a evil look. Eli looked at him in shock.
" What do you mean" the judge asked.
Eli started to look scared that the judge is going to believe him.
" Well he took a swing at me" David said.
Eli stood up and tried to defend himself.
" Your honor that's only because he punched y/n then he punched Me in the stomach and then he punched my knuckles while they were bleeding while my mum just stood there and laughed with him" Eli desperately shouted.
" Sit down Eli it's not your turn to speak" the judge said.
Eli sat down. He could feel a panic attack coming. He sat there trying to calm down but all he could think about is David getting y/n and him beating the shit out of her badly. This made him panic more.
" I would never hurt y/n like I said she's like a daughter to me and that black eye she has I have no idea where it came from but maybe you should ask Eli" David said trying to say Eli gave her the black eye.
Eli started to cry harder. Everything was going so well until David started coming up with these lies.
Eli looked at his mum and she did a evil smirk.
Now it was the judges decision and let's hope she'll make the right one.
