They all made there way back to there seats and hawk instantly grabbed y/n hand because he was well and truly panicking.
" So we've come to our decision" the judge said.
Hawk was now squeezing y/n hand. He's never felt so nervous.
Y/n looked at hawk to see him looking pale.
" Hawk are you alright" she asked concerned.
" Yeah I'm fine" hawk lied. Hawk smiled at her knowing that calmed her down but this time it didn't work.
" We think every child should be with there parents" the judge started.
Hawk felt himself begin to cry again. He knew he wouldn't be able to get her after David's lies.
"So in that case David gets her" the judge.
Hawk felt his heart break. He told them everything his mom and David put him through and they're just going to send y/n to live with him.
" No I'm not living with them please Eli don't let them take me" y/n started clinging to hawk
Hawk didn't know what to do so he just hugged her back.
" Your honor please look at her she's terrified of them. Did you not hear anything I said? " Hawk shouted with tears streaming down his face.
" Yes but David is a good man" the judge said.
Hawk couldn't believe what he was hearing. A good man? He's the worse of them all.
" No it isn't. He abused us and he's going to carry on the minute y/n goes with him" hawk was seriously crying now.
David then went over and pulled y/n away from hawk.
" Come on let's get you home" he said still pretending to be nice.
" No please don't let them Eli. Please I want to stay with you" y/n screamed while Eli was trying to get y/n back from David because David was practically pulling her.
Then David got in hawks face and whispered" I suggest you let her go or I'll fucking kill her when we get home" .
Hawk stopped trying to get y/n because he wants to protect her.
Y/n kept shouting for Eli but he just stood there crying.

Don't worry things will get better eventually
