The most extreme emotion is fear.
I shook and shivered. Fear is violent.
The opposite of fear is love. Love is nonviolent. Love is the opposite of fear. Love is a compulsion.
Love takes advantage of the innocent for no reason other than to feed one's ego and desires.
A crime does not need an explanation, it is violent by all accounts, a crime not only attacks the innocent but viciously attacks that which is pure and innocent itself.
