Episode X: Powers revealed
*it is a normal day and Demetrius is walking down the sidewalk enjoying the day when he spots Diana walking out of the convenience store after buying something to drink and he calls over to her hoping she hears him and responds*
Demetrius: Hey Diana
*She turns around and smiles and waves as he walks to her*
Diana: Hey Demetrius
Demetrius: hey Diana how are you?
Diana: I'm good a little sore from the fight but I'll manage what are you doing?
Demetrius: well you see I am walking around enjoying the day when a thought crossed my mind
Diana: what might that be?
Demetrius: I was thinking why we have these powers and what the purpose for having them is?
Diana: hmm you do have a point there. Maybe if we talk about our powers we might discover the answer.
Demetrius: good idea.
*they started walking and they sat on a bench at a nearby park when tyshi walks over to them*
Tyshi: hey what you two up to?
Demetrius: just talking about how we got our powers and stuff
Tyshi: cool so who wants to go first?
Demetrius: I guess I will. Well you guys remember how I grabbed the buster blade right? Well it was a long time ago when I was about 18 and I was walking home from high school when suddenly I was attacked.
*flashback scene*
*an 18 year old Demetrius is walking home from school with a back pack on his back when he is attacked by someone wearing a black outfit wielding two swords which were radiating energy but Demetrius couldn't sense it*
Demetrius: what the heck man I am trying to go home
???: I won't allow you to awaken
Demetrius: huh awaken what are you babbling about?
*the guy swings his swords about to end his life and Demetrius closes his eyes and there is a flash as the buster blade appears before them sticking in the ground and Demetrius opens his eyes*
Demetrius: huh why aren't I dead yet? *looks at the weapon in the ground* did this save my life?
???: no you don't *charges at him*
Demetrius: well if it's here then there must be a reason for it
*he grabs the sword with two hands and he pulls it out the ground and parries the guy's sword swings and then counters with a swing of his own which scared the guy*
???: I better leave before I'm finished we shall meet again buster blade wielder
*end of flashback*
Diana: wow I didn't know that about you
Tyshi: yeah. Now it's Diana's turn
Diana: well you see......"I am, by blood, a Shadow Celestial. Moms won't teach me because of this. She knows about Darcy, too and that's another reason. She can't teach her, and she doesn't know how my powers will turn out." My father is irritating, at his best. He rarely talks to me. Whenever I see him, Darcy snaps into the forefront, and starts learning. I want to know more about why she's a part of me, why we have been part of each other since birth. My younger siblings love me, and look up to me. Especially little Isabella, our prophet, and Bryan, our healer. They adore me, and want me to be there always. But I can't be.
*just then Darcy appears once again drinking the soda*
Darcy: Don't forget about my back story. Well I am the soul of another of Diana's father's children. A pure Shadow child. I died one day after birth. Now here's where things get hairy, because men of Shadow power have this curse, which goes to their kids. If one of their kids dies young, the child will become part of/become entirely their next child. It depends on whether the child is pure Shadows, or if the next child has been conceived or not.
Demetrius: wow *looks at the soda* wait you owe me a soda
Darcy: well you aint getting it *laughs*
Demetrius: oh no fair
Tyshi: does anyone want to know about how I got my powers?
Demetrius: well no one wants to hear that you got your powers in a dream
Tyshi: *pouting* but I wanna tell my story
Demetrius: Neh * stands up and sticks tongue out and lowers eye with right pointer finger*
*just then Demetrius is pulled down by Darcy who reverts to Diana as sensei domino walks up with a familiar person*
Demetrius: hey sensei...wait is that raide?
Raide: yeah it's me they managed to free me so what you guys up to?
Diana: trying to figure out the reason and purpose to our powers
Raide: well I got my powers from my parents who died and sensei got his by absorbing trunks and vegeta's powers
Sensei D: yup so what have you learned guys?
Demetrius: that we have these powers for a reason and the answer will come to us soon
*Diana hands him the rest of the soda*
Tyshi: in the words of bobby McFadden don't worry be happy
*everyone goes silent after that* (cricket sound effect)
Demetrius: now we just wait for our next move
Tyshi: I want some soda
Demetrius: too bad
*he gets up and runs*
Tyshi: gimme I want it
Demetrius: nah
*they run off and Demetrius moves from side to side to avoid tyshi while drinking the bottle of soda as Diana laughs at them*
