My eyes slowly opened to see we had arrived at the state camping/hiking grounds of Wyoming. The car came to a slow stop and Jake perked up,

Jake:"Welcome to Keyhole state park!"
Me:"Wow it does look incredible."
Josh:"That's Moorcroft, Wyoming for you. Always beautiful."
Jake:"Wait til you see the amazing view of the lake."
Jeffrey:"First things first we need to find a spot to camp and set up."
Jake:"Right and I know the perfect spot. Grab your things guys and follow me."

As we piled out of the car then grabbed our bags, once Jake was done closing the back hatch I looked at him when he turned around.

Me:"Do you really know where we're going?"
Jake:"Of course I do, Josh and I camped here as kids before everyone moved away from each other."
Me:"Okay as long as you know where we're going."
Jake:"I do so relax Kayleigh, I'm your guide."
Me:"That sure didn't help me relax, we'll be lost out there for days."
Jake:"Whatever hater."

We both chuckled then Jake began leading the way down a trail. Jeffrey walked next to me with a smile,

Jeffrey:"You relaxed yet?"
Me:"Not yet."
Jeffrey:"We'll be fine so stop worrying and have some fun."
Me:"I will when I can put these bags down."
Jeffrey:"I'll carry them."

He chuckled while taking my bags from me,

Me:"Your already carrying enough, I was managing just fine."
Jeffrey:"Sure babe."

I huffed but shook my head with a smile,

Jake:"Just a little further guys I promise."
Me:"You said that like what a half hour ago?"
Jake:"I know I know but trust me the journey will be worth it."
Me:"Sure hope so."
Kate:"Kayleigh."

I smiled but kept quiet as I followed further down the trail. One by one we stepped through branches to stand in a decent sized area to camp.

Jake:"After we set up I'll show you mine and Josh's favorite view."
Me:"Is it a long walk as well?"

Jake smiled and shook his head,

Jake:"Not this one, that trail to my left leads to it which is only a five minute walk."
Me:"Five minutes?! Oh no what shall I ever do."
Jake:"Your a bitch sometimes."-he laughed-
Me:"I wouldn't be myself if I wasn't."
Jeffrey:"Babe hush come help."

I smiled more then started helping put up the tent, once it was up I was inside it laying out mine and Jeffrey's sleeping bags while he was outside the tent. I could hear Chelsea softly squealing so I crawled out of the tent and stood up to see all of them standing together with Jeffrey's back towards me.

Me:"Everything okay?"
Jeffrey:"We're alright babe, ready?"
Me:"Okay? Yea I'm ready."

Jeffrey turned around with a smile as he held out his hand, I made my way over to them and grabbed his hand.

Jake:"Five minutes I promise."
Me:"We'll see."
Jake:"Bitch."
Me:"Dick."
Jeffrey:"Alright children."
Kate:"Let's go before she kills you Jake."

All of us laughed then followed Jake and Josh down the trail. When we reached the end all I saw was a beautiful view of the lake, in other ways it was truly breath taking.

Kate:"This is amazing!"
Chelsea:"Wow.."
Josh:"Pretty cool huh?"
Me:"Cool isn't a word to describe it, more so-"
Jeffrey:"Breath taking."
Me:"That's the one."
Jake:"The hike views are better, get a better look the higher you go."
Me:"Is it safe to hike?"
Jake:"Of course, why?"
Me:"What I'm asking is, there's nothing up there that will harm us right?"
Josh:"Nothing at all, years ago it got overran by mountain lions but they caught all of those and sent them to the zoo.."
Me:"Great so they can spend the rest of their lives behind glass. Yea it's cool to see the animals they have but it makes me want to release them all to reek havoc on the ones who locked them up."
Jeffrey:"Whoa who knew you could be so dark there babe."
