It's been almost two months after reuniting with the gang, also I haven't touched a single drop of alcohol since that night at Jeffrey's. It's not like I'll never drink again just needed a small break, meanwhile Kate has been helping me with planning mine and Jeffrey's wedding. Jeffrey helps out every now and then but only if he has a different idea then what her and I come up with, I chose to use most of his ideas only if it's not too crazy. He may be sweet and caring but he also has a wild bad boy side, and at times that's the side I love the most. Well not entirely but you get my drift,

Kate:"Thank you for letting me help plan the wedding with you Kayleigh."
Me:"What are friends for? Well technically we're family since we've known each other for years."
Kate:"That we have, where is your soon to be husband anyway?"
Me:"With the guys picking out the tuxedos."
Kate:"That explains why I haven't heard from Jake today."

I lightly laughed,

Me:"I'm sure he'll text or call you soon. Besides Friday it'll be our turn to try out dresses."
Kate:"What were the colors again?"
Me:"Black and lavender. That's what Jeffrey chose as his first pick and I loved it, I think he only said lavender since I love the color purple."
Kate:"Have you seen any lavender wedding dresses that you liked?"
Me:"I have that's why I made an appointment for Friday, I saw a few wedding dresses that I liked and the maid of honor and brides maid dresses are really cute."
Kate:"Oh I can't wait to see them!"
Me:"The only bad part is the waiting game since the wedding won't be til summer."
Kate:"Only have til June 2."
Me:"I know but that's still a long wait."
Kate:"Only because this year's college courses start next week."
Me:"Ugh I know don't remind me."

Kate laughed and shook her head,

Kate:"Soon you'll be a vascular surgeon."
Me:"I know and that's taking forever too."
Kate:"Hey how's Jeffrey's directing career going?"
Me:"He said it's doing good. He actually leaves in a couple weeks to begin the filming for his new movie he wrote."
Kate:"What's the movie about?"

I sighed then sat back,

Me:"Believe it or not it's about what we went through."
Kate:"Seriously?"
Me:"Yea."
Kate:"I'd watch it."
Me:"I'll have no choice since I'm supporting his movie."
Kate:"Your such a good wife."
Me:"We're not married yet."-I laughed-
Kate:"And? You've never called each other husband or wife yet?"
Me:"I called him hubby awhile back actually made him grin but other then that no we haven't."
Kate:"It'll begin soon."
Me:"Maybe, I don't know."
Kate:"I know one thing, this place is amazing! I can't believe you two finally moved in together."

I smiled softly and nodded,

Me:"It's been a long time coming, we was just surprised he was able to sell his house in time and mine as well. And when we saw this place was still available we knew it was meant to be."
Kate:"You should come see mine and Jake's place."
Me:"That's right! We haven't been to your new house yet."
Kate:"How about after our dress choosing we'll meet up with the guys and take a trip to the house?"
Me:"Sounds like a plan."

The front door opened so both Kate and I looked over seeing Jeffrey walk in with both Jake and Josh.

Jeffrey:"Hey my beautiful soon to be wife, get anything done with the planning?"
Me:"Awe but yea we got a little bit done. Did you find the tux you like?"
Jeffrey:"Actually I did and you'll love it, their tuxs match so now it's up to you ladies."
Me:"That'll be Friday and afterwards we'll meet up with you guys and go see Kate and Jake's new house."
Jeffrey:"Shit that's right we never seen it so while your dress shopping I'll pick up a house warming gift for them from the both of us."
Me:"Your amazing baby."
Jeffrey:"For you? Always doll, anyway are you two hungry?"
Me:"Starving actually."
Kate:"I could eat."
Jeffrey:"Sweet, put your shoes on and we'll head out."
Kate:"One quick question before we go."
Jeffrey:"Which is?"
Kate:"Who's going to be your ring barrier?"
Jeffrey:"That is a good question."

Jeffrey looked over seeing my smile which caused him to smile,

Jeffrey:"Who did you have in mind babe?"
Me:"What about Bisou? We could teach her she's a quick learner I know she is."

Jeffrey's eyebrow rose as he thought for a moment then smiled,

Jeffrey:"That's actually a great idea doll, yea Bisou will be our ring barrier."
Kate:"Oh that would be so damn cute!"
Me:"I was thinking the same thing besides we can't leave her out of this big moment for us."
Jeffrey:"I really love the idea."
Me:"Right, alright let's go grab something to eat."
