I let out a hiss of pain as I slowly opened my eyes. I looked around to see Max and Mike passed out and El no where to be found.
"Max? Mike?" I asked, just above a whisper as I physically couldn't get my voice to be any louder. I pushed myself on my knees biting back a scream at the pressure on my wrist before spitting out the blood the collected in my mouth.
"Bee? Mike?" Max asked getting up before she quickly rushed to help me stand.
"Mike? Mike can you hear me? Mike!" Max asked shaking him as I leaned against the wall looked down at my hand. I couldn't move my fingers at all and my and was swelling again the tape.
"Where's El?" Mike asked worried before we all ran as fast as we could towards the sound of fireworks and the monsters loud roars of pain.
The first thing we saw was the Monster at the center of the mall and then I noticed Billy and El on the ground.

I couldn't explain what happened as the next thing I knew, I was moving. I found myself standing between Billy and the Mind Flayer as it stared down at me. The only sound I could hear was my deafening heartbeat in my ears as I held my hands up, using all my strength to burn the creature. It worked for a moment as he reared away from me in pain, stumbling backwards, but I didn't let up.
