Left, Right, Left, Left, Guard. Sera repeated the motions wearing a pair of boxing gloves, she stood in the garage turned gym punching a heavy bag that Bucky set up. He and Clint have been working on her defense since everything went to shit. This was bad, very bad, forced to move in and temporarily live with one trained assassin and one sarcastic robin hood vigilante wasn't really on Sera's bucket list. But here she was, throwing punches and working up a sweat, despite the cooler weather around her from the garage door being open, any breeze that rolled through scattered fallen leaves inside the garage. "Harder. You have to stop pulling your punches. Don't tense up relax a bit, you don't need to dislocate your shoulder." Clint offered advice as he sat on a fold out metal chair observing her form.

"Clint, I appreciate the pointers-.." Sera huffed out throwing another set of punches toward the bag. "But I don't-.." She gave a grunt and lowered her arms a moment to catch her breath. "I don't like the nagging." Sera panted out feeling winded, she stopped the punching bag from swaying just to let her head press on it. "I don't nag." Clint strongly disagreed, he crossed his arms glaring at her a moment, Bucky stepped outside the house with a cold water bottle for Sera having his own opinions about Clint's nagging. "You do nag." Bucky quipped, Sera gave a smirk waving her gloved hand between the two. "I'm hurt you'd even suggest such a thing." Clint was being a smart ass he saw his words more like criticism and helpful tips than nagging.

"At least there's progress. The bag swayed a few times. As much as it weighs you should be able to knock a linebacker on his ass." Bucky mused while observing her beside the bag he had set up, he watched her lower her glove between her thighs and squeeze them around the cushioned glove, she freed her hand which had also been wrapped in boxing tape for extra precautions. Sera let the glove fall and pulled at her other one, she rolled her fingers around cringing from the sensation in her hands. "I won't actively go after a football team any time soon." Sera meant this as a jest, she reached out to Bucky. He passed her the water and turned his attention back on Clint. "Boxing is a nice start but realistically, she should learn more physical tactics." Bucky suggested. Clint shook his head in disagreement unsure he could even try to approach her in a threatening way, Bucky wouldn't either, hurting her was the last thing on their mind.

"Physical like what?" Sera huffed out before taking the lid off her bottle and guzzling at the water. "Forget about it. We'll keep it small." Clint grumbled after he stood up and approached her wanting to help her remove the tape. "No. Tell me. I'm sure I could handle it." Sera encouraged, she stepped back having another sip of her water this time setting the bottle down on the closest surface when done. "Escaping certain positions or situations, learning to remain calm under stress, be quick at reacting-..but you should be fine without it." Bucky started to explain but he really didn't feel up to forcing her in a scenario she'd get hurt in or be uncomfortable in. "You mean evasive maneuvers?" Sera questioned, she held out her hands for Clint. He took her right palm in his hands using one hand to hold her wrist and the other to peel the tape off from her skin.

"You're not ready yet, but when you are we can approach that another time. You already worked on your sets today we should plan out the rest of the afternoon." Clint suggested. "I think I would know my limits. I can decide for myself if I'm ready or not." Sera snarked, she could see Clint glaring daggers at her but Bucky seemed to be thinking about it. Maybe Natasha could come and visit for a day or two and see where she was at mentally and physically, fighting Natasha was intense though she tends to play with her prey before striking the final blow. "Drop it. Please. It's already bad enough we have to teach you how to throw a decent punch. You should be back in your apartment finishing your studies not hiding out in the country side on the run from dangerous thugs." Clint tried to express his worry, he felt bad she had to give up her life because of them.

"Okay dad, jeez. Keep it up and I'll punch you a few times.." Sera groaned out in slight annoyance but she caught sight of the smirk Bucky tried to fight off which made her smile. Clint stopped what he was doing to stare blankly at her. She bat her eyes and gulped back, Clint had such an intense stare she felt antsy when he looked at her like that. "I-I'm joking, obviously, when the opportunity is there I jump for it." Sera quickly explained though she still had one more bad pun to blurt out. "I guess you can say the joke is getting old, like you-..because you're.." Sera didn't even have the chance to finish her sentence, she glanced down watching Clint grip her wrist tighter, he jerked her forward closer to him not only shutting her up but also making her rethink her jokes and thoughtless comebacks. Hissing and turning her wrist she glanced up through her eyebrows having an apologetic expression.
