The Unseen. [Strange/angst]

Tony and Adra sat in the car, she frowned knowing he meant what he said. Until she had better control she couldn't be out on the field or trusted without supervision. There was only one man fit for the job as babysitter. Tony knew Strange didn't have much going on even if he led everyone else to believe he led a very busy life. Strange spent most of the time learning and looking into future events with the help of the time stone, to prevent another invasion or attack on New York. He was doing so when a knock on his door pulled his attention away. Disturbed from his meditation and searching he hit the floor which made his cloak help him up. Floating downstairs he gave a sigh, annoyed already knowing it was Tony. The possibilties of him coming to disturb him has been seen through the stone. Opening the door Strange hooked his stare to Tony not seeing the girl behind him. "What do you want Stark? I'm busy right now." Stephen groaned low obviously reluctant to having Tony as company.

"Brought you a present, I also came to ask for a favor." Tony held out a bottle of wine, though Stephen didn't drink often it clouded the clarity of his mind. Adra gazed forward her eyes roaming over him in surprise. His mind was the only one which she couldn't read it was total silence which made her happy, a long forgotten smile swept across her face as she waved behind Tony. "What favor?" Stephen asked, finally taking note looking back, he browsed the girl's facial expression then turned letting them in with a dull look of strict focus. "I need Adra to stay here and learn from you." Tony cut to the chase as he stepped inside, there were bags packed in his trunk with her clothes knowing the Doctor might say yes. "I'm sorry, did I hear you right? You said stay here and learn from me? I don't plan taking on a pupil." Strange denied quickly though he did wonder why this instance didn't show with the time stone. It only shown Tony coming not this girl with him. "She needs help with focus and control. She's got very interesting uh--powers." Tony mused with a smack of his lips.

"What powers?" Strange asked as Tony tossed the wine bottle into the air, Strange went to make a move to grab it so it wouldn't shatter, but Adra reached out her palm focusing her energy along the bottle as it froze in the air. "Powers." Tony pointed up then smiled cockily, he reached taking the bottle as Adra released her focus. "Tony I will punch you if you use me as another party trick." Shoving her palms to his arm she looked around. "May I use your restroom?" Asking out, her tone was soft and shy. Stephen looked her over wondering how he didn't see this coming. He saw a possibility form the stone Tony tossed him the wine bottle but it fell and shattered. Once more she wasn't in that possibility. "Down the hall, to the left." Strange humored her as his shaking hand pointed back, she took note to his damaged skin but walked past him. "Tony what's going on?" Strange asked once she left. "What do you mean?" Tony asked just as lost as Stephen was. "Before I began my meditation and searching with the time stone, I looked into whatever possibility could happen. You shown up multiple times and two instances have happened. Except the outcome of both are very different. The knocking of the door, the wine bottle." Strange conitinued on as he looked back to the hallway. "She wasn't with you." Pointing out his hand trembled as Tony found this amusing.

"What would I do next then?" Tony asked, as Strange thought back. "I would tell you to leave by then." The door opened as Adra walked back out, she approached the two looking around. "Its big here. Nice even, Tony are you ready to leave?" She asked him as Tony offered a cheeky smile as he held the bottle of wine still. "Yeah, The magic man isn't up for company today. We should come back another time." Tony turned on his heels after taking a moment to follow through, Adra followed him before Stephen thought on it. "Wait, I would be a terrible host if I didn't offer you tea before you leave." Only curious how the time stone didn't see her he offered them a means to stay longer. "Tea sounds nice, though I rather open this bottle of wine. I'm going to need it." Tony knew he would take interest, he just didn't know how. It seems the kid had more to her than he thought. Adra frowned looking at Tony. The room spun as she felt herself collapse down into a chair, Strange used the pull and magic to bring them into the living room. "What was that?" She asked tensing in the chair observing the new room.
