It's past midnight, and Lisandro is still locked in battle. Klaus attempts to recall where he'd heard what Lisandro said. Lisandro attacks again, this time throwing his fist, but Klaus dodges with ease. Lisandro then throws a kick which Klaus blocks with his left hand.
Klaus: It's futile.
Lisandro smirks and Klaus' hand gives in, allowing the kick to hit the intended target, Klaus' chest. The impact is significantly greater than the first kick, pushing Klaus back, but not enough to sweep him off his feet. Klaus looks at his left arm which appears to be broken. He deliberately freezes and shatters it, effectively growing another one in seconds.
Klaus: Looks like I have to get serious. I'd hate to be insulted even more.
Lisandro charges at Klaus again, throwing his fist. Klaus dodges and Lisandro pulls back again. Klaus' mouth begins to bleed.
Klaus: So, that's the trick. Each blow is heavier than the last. It doesn't matter if I block or dodge. I'll feel the effect as long as I'm within striking range. The range widens with every successful striking attempt you make. Looks like I underestimated you.
Klaus smiles.
Klaus: Why didn't you do this from the start? If three limbs can do this, you might have actually stood a chance with four.
Klaus' gaze falls upon the inscription on Lisandro's hunt suit.
Klaus: "Lord of the snowy mountains"? You don't look like a lord of a mighty house.
Lisandro: I'm not.
Klaus: A smaller house then?
Lisandro: No. I was given this title by people around me.
Klaus becomes visibly angry.
Klaus: You can't just bear the title ''lord'' because you're "given" as a monicker!
Lisandro: Turns out I can.
Klaus: Unacceptable! Utterly unacceptable!
The atmosphere becomes colder, as the surrounding trees begin to freeze gradually, as do the demons scattered across the battlefield.
Klaus: You're only a lord if you're born to be a lord. I've heard about you. You're the one who is dubbed 'the voice of nature'.
Lisandro: I'm quite popular among your kind, for obvious reasons.
Klaus: Renounce the title now.
Lisandro: I won't.
Klaus: Do it now, and I'll give you a quick death.
Lisandro: I won't try to satisfy your insatiable pride.
Klaus: Utmost disrespect.
Klaus removes his hair band and ties his now scattered hair properly.
Lisandro: (thought) Gotta move faster this time.
A large iceberg suddenly falls from the sky, in a split second. Lisandro barely dodges.
Lisandro: (thought) He's getting serious. This is my chance to end this.
Lisandro charges at Klaus, breaking barriers after barriers of ice created by Klaus. He eventually gets to Klaus and kicks his head. Klaus's head rotates off his shoulders and lands on the ground. Lisandro doesn't stop but continues to land powerful hits with his left leg. Lisandro stops, and Klaus' hands and legs become so battered that they fall out of joint. His body is unrecognizable. Lisandro begins to breath faster than usual.
