I feel better now. I hardly know what's happening, but I know it's bad.
Before I can take it all in, Fripp jumps off of Avalon's oustretched arm--hey, Fripp kind of looked like a parrot like that--and starts going off on us."How could you do something this irresponsible without warning?! This was incredibly dangerous and could have ended much worse than it's already going! What were you even trying to do?! Look what you've done, whose idea was this?!"
I'm trying to take this as seriously as possible but I can't get over the fact that Fripp is chittering and squeaking and hopping around. He still insists he isn't a squirrel.Linda looks up from her book. "It was mine, but I didn't think it would work. We'd tried it before. It was just a stupid experiment. It went wrong."
Fripp seems enraged, even more than before. "Linda, of all people? You're right, it was stupid! What were you thinking?" He .. squeaks. I can't put it in any other words.
I ignore the conflict at hand and lock eyes with Evergray. He knows what this means as much as I do. Those are Pandoric crystals, that's another person facing the physical side effects of Pandoria.
I frown at him before switching focus.James is leaning on Rania, sobbing. I can't imagine what he's feeling right now. He must be so scared, so confused. Alex didn't explain to him when she called him, just said something went wrong.
Went wrong.
This was wrong to begin with, I'd say. I don't think any of us really wanted to do it, toy with life, but lately we've been desperate. This is all so overwhelming. Two different conversations, so much Pandoric energy, so much energy in general, it's so sickening.
