chapter 6: I'm coming home

Stefan's POV:

Its been two days since I have seen Ronnie.
Elena said she went on a road trip with Matt and I like Matt but for some reason I feel protective of her like I always have to be around her. Am I getting feelings for her? I walked up to my room and then I figured out why she left our conversation like that because she has feelings for me. "Damon can you come here please." "Hello brother" " you know Ronnie right?" "Yes I remember Caroline's cousin." "What if I told you that I have this feeling toward her" "well brother I would say you felt that same thing you felt for Elena but more stronger you want to protect her, love her, make her happy. That love changes people so I'm telling you this go get her brother" with that he left with a smile. I thought there and said "I'm going to go talk to Ronnie."

Matt and I arrived back in Mystic Falls when Stefan texted me.
S: Hey Ronnie I was wondering if you would come to my house so we can talk?
R: Matt and I just got back but why not I will see you soon :)
S: alright see you then.
I looked at the text and shut off my phone and told matt to take me to the boarding house and with that he did. I got out of the car and said "thanks Matt for the road trip it was fun we should do it again." "Yes we should I will see you later." "Bye Matt" then he left. I walked up to the porch and knocked on the door. Then Stefan opened the door.

Stefan's POV:

I heard a knock on the door and I got up for the couch and opened the door to see Ronnie. "Hey Ronnie come on in." "Thanks Stefan." I grabbed her hand and walked up to my room so we could talk. " please sit "

Ronnie's POV:

I sat down on Stefan's bed and he stared talking. "Ronnie I know why you left the other day. You left because you have feelings for me and you think it would be rushing to fast but the truth is that I have feelings for you to because I want to protect you and make you happy and love you Ronnie just being around you makes every single atom in my body tell me that we are perfect together. I would choose you I will always choose you." I smiled and tears started to fall he pulled me up and hugged me I hugged back. " Ronnie there is something I have to tell you. " I looked at him " you can tell me anything" "Ronnie I'm a vampire." I looked at him like you must be joking then he showed me his fangs and his eyes went black and veins showed up on his face. I grabbed his face " Stefan nothing will make me change how I feel about you not even you being a vampire." " you're not afraid of me." " no I'm not because my cousin is a vampire." " you already knew about us." I nodded he hugged me and it felt right just this moment.
