Chapter 56: Time is frozen still

Klaus's POV:

Ever since Tyler has passed Aleah has been distant. Won't eat, sleep or even come out of her room. I fear for her and her health. I walked upstairs until Damon stopped me. "Elijah is in there and is talking to her." I nodded and stood back to give me enough space between Damon and I and we looked at the door and began to listen.

Aleah's POV:

"Leah my dear you need to eat its not healthy for you to be depressed and be in here and be alone." "Elijah.." "No Aleah! You will please do this for me." I stood up and looked at Elijah. "I'm pregnant Elijah. If you don't believe me then listen. " he looked at me and then down at my stomach. I know he was listening. I sat back down on my bed and started to cry. "Leah who's the father." "Stefan's. I never slept with Tyler." Then my dad came bardging in and he hugged me. "Baby girl I'm here for you and so will your mother Stefan will never know about this because Elijah compelled him to forget about you...an-" "You did what!." I stood up furious and my veins popped out and my eyes turned. "Leah don't.!" Elijah and Klaus held me back. "How could you do that to me and his child how could you! We could have helped him now he doesn't..." I dropped to the ground and started to cry. "Know me." "Leah I'm so sorry." "Get out. Go away." "Leah." "Go away!" With that he was gone I heard his car start then left. I started to cry even more Elijah left to probably get me food. And Klaus sat next to me and held me. "Leah." "Yes Niklaus." He grabbed my face and whipped away the tears. "I will help you take care of yourself and the baby Stefan might not be in his life and im sorry Elijah compelled him." "Klaus." "Yes love." "Stefan isn't the father. Tyler was I just lied because I know dad was standing outside the door listening. I knew he was hiding something from me. I just don't understand why it took him this long to tell me." He hugged me tight. "Then listen to me. I will be the father of your beautiful child." "Klaus its okay." "Its what Tyler would want. And you know it." "Doesn't mean you can drop everything to help me all the time you have a city to take care of. To you I'm just another person who is pregnant with no dad because he's dead." I walked downstairs and sat on the couch. "Here you go for you and the baby." I take it from Elijah. "Now take Niklaus and leave." "Leah I just wanted what was best for you." "Leave!." He nodded and walked out and then came Klaus. He looked at me with sadness in his eyes and walked out I got up and shut the door. I grabbed my cell and called my dad and told him to come back.

I hung up my cell and walked upstairs and took a shower a much needed shower. I looked down at my belly and put my hands on it. I was going to love this baby no matter what if its a girl or boy I'll love then the same. I got out and out on my sweatpants and my sports bra and my tank top with NY sweatshirt and my Nike's. I walked back down stairs and started a movie. I waited for my dad to come home because I need to tell him its truly Stefan's and not Tyler's. Although I am going to name the baby if its a boy Tyler. Soon after about an hour my dad walks through and I stand up and he hugged me. "I'm so sorry I should have told you." "Its okay don't worry about it and I plan to name the boy Tyler. Tyler James Salvatore well if it a boy." He smiled sadly and sat back down. "What's wrong." "Your mother threw me out because what I did for Stefan." "Dad you can stay here till everything blows over with mom." "Thanks baby girl and I sort have gotten bonbon to take off stefans compulsion and they'll be here soon." I jumped up happy and I looked at my dad. "Thank you." "Anytime and where's the alcohol sorry too touchy if a moment need drink." "I laughed and pointed to the cabinet and walked over and poured himself a glass I sat back down and started to watch my movie again. "Ah the lord of the rings good movie and great choice." "Right! I found them and decided to spend literally 19 hours watching them." He laughed and so did I and he joined me.

2hours later...

We finished the first movie now on to the second. Dad is up and making me food in the kitchen considering I wanted shrimp pasta with mac and cheese and chocolate milk. Werid but its what the baby wants and I didn't want to throw up so I decided to just eat what the baby wants. I put in the second movie and I turned to see Jackson. "Hey Jackson." I walked over and hugged him. "What's been going on." "Oh the daily usual Hailey taking care of the pack and Hope out with her boyfriend Paul. So I decided to swing by and see how you were doing." "I'm doing great but listen." He looked at me confused and then his eyes went wide open. "Congrats who's the father.?" "Stefan." I remembered Jackson does know. "Congrats although how are you gonna tell him when he is under compulsion." Never mind he knew. "I honestly will wait till the compulsion is lifted. It the best thing at the moment." He nods in agreement. Then I smelt food I turned to see my dad have my food I vamped and grabbed it and sat on the couch. "I'm sorry I'm starving." They laughed then we heard aknock on the door and Jackson opened it to reveal Bonnie and stefan.
