Max stayed all throughout the weekend wondering why jane did that and if she herself was gay, maybe she was but she cant be..Neil would literally kill her, but now it was monday and max had barely got any sleep, she put on a white shirt and some jeans both oversized, she didnt bother tucking in the shirt since she was to tired, when she walked in the school building she was greeted by will.
- "hey max! How are you?" He asked smiling.
- "okay." Max answered dully.
- "oh well did you want to the mall with me later?" Will asked.
- "will jane be there?" Max said still looking inside her locker.
- "no she is busy" will said knowing she will say yes now.
- "sure, i guess" max said closing her locker and walking away, on the way she bumped into Jane, max stoped like she wanted to say something but she just shook her head and kept walking, Jane understood max but she was still a little heartbroken, when it was lunch max didn't sit with the party she sat outside near a tree, she was still questioning herself, if she was gay or not, she prayed that she wasn't because Neil already doesn't like her very much, max was lost in her thought until she felt something drip on her face.
- "what the hell.." max said putting her finger on her face, tears, max was crying without even noticing, just then she felt her heart ache, she started quietly sobbing.
- "do you think she is okay?" Mike asked worryingly, the party saw max crying through the window, mike urged to go comfort her but dustin said give her some time.
- "its max, she will be fine, she is tough" lucas said trying to brighten the mood.
- "i wonder what happend" dustin said looking back at max.
- "thats it, im gonna check on her" mike said standing up and going outside, he jogged over to max witch is now trying to stop crying seeing mike come.
- "hey hey, its okay, you can cry" mike said grabbing her hands away from her face.
- "go away mike." Max said trying to sound tough but her voice was just shaky, mike just hugged her.
- "max, i am here for you, you can tell me whats up..or dont if you dont want, just know i wont judge you" mike said trying his best to comfort the crying redhead.
- "mike i need help please, i dont know if im gay since jane kissed me but neil would kill me and i broke up with lucas and i just dont know anymore mike..i want to be normal" max said starting to cry harder.
- "okay we will talk once you calm down, okay?" Mike said letting go off her, max grabbed him looking down.
- "can you stay?" She asked not daring to look up.
- "of course" mike said sitting back down, max hugged him again, mike was the only one ever their for max, they were like platonic soulmates, mike kissed maxs head softly in a friend way, max calmed down and let go of him, mike still stayed just in case.
- "so what are you doing later?" Mike asked looking at the redhead.
- "going shopping with will" max said with red eyes.
- "oh cool!" Mike said with a small smile, the two teens continued to talk until the bell rang.
- "you sure you can manage?" Mike said helping max up.
- "yea i will be fine mikey" max said rubbing his hair and walking to next period.
