one kiss

Hospital

max woke up in a hospital bed.
- "no..no..no..why am i here?" She said.
- "max!" Jane yelled running over to her and hugging her.
- "jane?? What happend" max asked genuinely confused.
- "you tried to..commit." Jane said letting a tear drop
- "oh. Why arent i dead then." Max said sarcastically.
- "max, can you promise me something?" Jane asked.
- "sure" max said.
- "if things ever feel like you should just end it please talk to me and dont hurt yourself, you have a beautiful body and face, those scars make me feel sad and i dont want to ever loose you, i love you max." Jane said crying.
- "i-..i promise" max said realizing she dint think about how jane or her friends would feel.
- "thank you.." jane said quietly sobbing, max pulled jane into a kiss to lock in the promise.
- "i love you to, jane." Max said pulling away crying, jane nodded and left the room crying.
- "MAX!!" Mike said coming into the room.
- "hey" max said wiping her tears.
- "you okay??" Mike asked worryingly.
- "yea..im okay" max replied.
- "well since you tried to commit..they are gonna send you to a mental hospital" mike said looking down.
- "for how long?" Max said.
- "about 7 months.." mike said.
- "oh my god. I just got you guys back" max said a little sad.
- "i know but at least you can hang out with us for the day." Mike said trying to sound happy.
- "I guess" max said.
- "well the docters are allowing you to get up and out of the hospital so get dressed i think jane brought some clothes for you" mike said leaving the room.
- "god, only me" max whispered to herself.
- "hey maxie!! I brought 2 outfits" jane said coming into the room and closing the door.
- "maxie??" max asked.
- "oh uh sorry must have slipped" jane said turning red.
- "nah its fine...its cute when you say it" max said, jane started to turn even more red.
- "ooo i like this one" max said pointing to a black band tee, jeans, and a hoodie.
- "ok well i will leave so you can change" jane said closing the door.
Max changed and tried to have fun with her friends even though she had to be kept somewhere that doesnt even care about taking care of her, the party went to the mall and watched a movie and ate ice cream, they then went to mikes house so max can pack her stuff and say her final goodbyes.
- "well thats the last of it" max said zipping her suitcase.
- "im gonna miss you" mike said hugging her.
- "i will to mikey" max said hugging back.
- "im gonna keep everything on the wall to" mike said sniffing.
- "here..take a comic" max said handing mike her favorite comic of wonderwoman.
- "this is your favorite though!" Mike said.
- "i know..take it, please?" Max said.
- "i will take good care of it" mike said crying and hugging her again.
- "good" max said starting to tear up, mike let go and went upstairs taking maxs suitcases with him.
- "even though i broke up with you, your still me friend..and i care about you, just take care of yourself" lucas said hugging max.
- "yea of course i will" max said hugging him, he then went upstairs.
- "im gonna miss you max!" Dustin said crying and hugging her.
- "im gonna miss you to dusty buns" max said hugging back, he went upstairs with his head down.
- "hey max, I am so glad i met you because i dont think i would have made it, as soon as you scared those bullies away i knew you were a good person" will said crying.
- "aw come here buddy" max said hugging him. "Also im not dying im coming back in a few months." Max said chuckling, will laughed and went upstairs wiping his tears.
- "well, your really leaving?" Jane asked.
- "unfortunately" max said looking down.
- "look, it will be okay..just please be careful" jane said caressing maxs cheek wiping a tear off of it, jane pulled max into a kiss, this kiss was not like any other, it was special..a kiss that would keep max and jane up at night, one that would make them happy they have each other.
- " i love you jane..i-i love you so much" max whispered.
- "i love you too max" jane said hugging her, both girls were sobbing at this point.
- "max the taxi is here!" Mike yelled his voice having voice cracks due to crying.
- "one more minute?" Jane said looking up at her stunning girlfriend.
- "one more minute" max said kissing jane.
The two eventually went upstairs and outside, max took one final hung from each member of the party, joyce, mrs karen, nancy, steve, robin, Johnathan, and holly.
- "im gonna miss you guys" max said hiding her face so people wont see her cry, she got into the car and noticed a paper in her pocket.

Dear max

You're probably wondering how this got into your pocket but i snuck it in when we were kissing for the last minute, i just want you to know i love you so much that i would do anything to protect you even if that means sacrificing my life so please dont try to do anything to yourself because your gorgeous max, the minute i walked into the class i saw you.. its stupid but you make me feel so happy when you are around me, i just cant bare to lose you, just remember i will never stop loving you, maxie.

- "so cheesy.." max whispered to herself while wiping a tear, she waved goodbye to everyone then saw jane who was looking as gorgeous as ever even if she was sobbing.
- "i love you to my jane" max whispered while going further into her friends were getting farther and farther away, max will miss them but like she said..she isnt gonna die there.
