Meanwhile with Lucas and Mike walking
back to their table,Jane and Max were
talking in the girl's restroom talking.
Jane started to fix her ponytail while
max sat on the counter swing her feet,
"I think I like Lucas" Max says in almost
a whisper,"like, or like like?" El says Turing
her attention to the redhead sitting.
"Like like" Max says as she looks down,"I knew it!" Jane says looking at Max,"I don't know, he just makes me feel,Safe,like if anything were to happen he would protect me, zero hesitation".
"Awhhh" Jane says smiling at Max,"Just know the whole group ships, all the way from Mike to Me"Jane says looking back into the mirror.
"Who do you think would make the first move",
Max says getting down from the counter, "Hopefully Lucas,but if not, You" Jane says
laughing, Max felt a smile form on her face
as she thought about Lucas.
And that's when she knew she was really
In love.

"Hey Lucas!" Jane says running up to him,
her plan is to try and help the two lover birds
Out by mention little stuff about them to one
another," Oh hey Jane!" Lucas says as he
slows down so Jane can catch up.
"Did you know Max's favorite color is baby blue? I think baby blue is a really pretty color! You?" Jane says trying to keep her composure, "Yeah that's a beautiful color, reminds me of-" Lucas says trailing off catching himself from saying
what he was trying to say.
"Uhh okay, what's your favorite color"Jane says
once we make it to the last class of the day.
"Red" Lucas says as he walks towards the back
we're Max was sitting. "Hey" Max says waving.
Max felt the way she just said hi was awkward,
She had been thinking since her talk with Jane
in the bathroom.Lucas on the other hand, Was
thinking about his talk with Mike...
At that point the two knew exactly,
what they had to do.
As soon as the last bell of the day rang, the whole group walked out of class together,
The usual two in a pair. Mike and Jane Infront,
Max and Lucas in the back, Dustin and Will
in the front.
"Guys wanna hangout at my house today, It's Friday, We Should have a sleepover"Mike suggested into the two pairs behind him."Good idea? What time?" Lucas says looking up. "Uhhh 5:00?" "Sounds good" they all said.
The group parted their separate ways with
Max having to walk home as usual,She had to
pass all the runners, The suspicious people,
people riding their bikes,a lot of different things.
Her parents haven't really cared to much on
Mac getting home safely (Mostly Neil). Max
makes it to her home and sees Billy on the front
porch, she shuffles past him and it's makes it
into the house.
The house contained those stained walls,Long
lasting cigarette smell, and beer, A lot. Max walks to her room to pack her bag up for this
sleepover at the wheelers, she grabs a backpack
from out of her closet and heads to her drawer.
She packs her clothes, Hoodies, sweatpants, ECT. She grabs her tooth brush and hairbrush
and hair ties and places those in the front.
Max places this by her window in which she
is escaping by, since her mother won't be home
to allow her to go, She lays on her bed as she places in her headphones letting herself drift
away.
The song she would place would take her to her
peaceful place, we're everything is perfect, No abuse, no smoke, Nothing in that nature. Max soon hears the uneven steps down The hall.
Max knew she couldn't let this ruin her mood
so she instead,walked to the wheelers residence.
