" Hello?" The teen Heard Echo through the phone, "hello, Steve do you recognize this voice or number?" Max says as her tone stays calm.
"OH MY GOD MAX? HOW ARE YOU" Steve yells
on the other side of the line. "I'm good you?" Max says as a smile appeared on her face. "I'm good Max god it's been,how long? Your voice was barley recognizable by the voice!" Steve says as he laughs to himself.
"I know same with you" Max says as her smile remained on her face."Wait steve..." Max says.
"Yeah what's up?", "Am I still your favorite?" Max says holding back a laugh that's dying to be released. "Of course, what else dipshits were i gonna favorite?" Steve says laughing.
"It's great hearing for you though steve, we should totally see eachother" Max says changing the topic. "You should come to scoops ahoy, I work there in the Mall" Steve's says.
"I'll see if I have time today I'll be bringing some friends though!" Max says adding in the littlest details." Sounds good!" Steve's says. Shortly after the two hung up the phone, Max walked into the kitchen.
The house still reeked of alcohol and sweat. Max decide she would At least attempt to clean this place she calls home. Max started to clean the living room first since she knew beer bottles had to be scattered everywhere in the living room.

Max soon finished up cleaning around her residence without any interruptions for Billy or her Dad. She walked to the room and pulled out some clothes to wear after her long awaited shower. She finally agreed with herself to go to scoops ahoy. She texted the gc to see if anyone else wanted to go.

Max laughed as she watched Dustin shade Mike
as she walked over to her closet to pick out her outfit. Max grabbed a "The Smiths" shirt and some baggy jeans. She heard the door slam shut and the whole house shook.
Max knew before anything else happened she needed to get out the house. It was only 3:30 but she had to go. She grabbed her skateboard and hopped out the window with her belongings.
Max rode off until the house couldn't be
seen, she watched everyone walking down the streets and occasionally some people walking their dog. It was a bad habit for max to ride her skateboard anywhere it could be completely dark outside.
