• a new start •

It's had been 5 days since Colby apologised and we have never been better. I've never been better! No more secrets, our relationship is much healthier and our friendships are more open and well.

I no longer live with Kat anymore and I'm back in with the boys, I'm glad I'm not leeching onto Kat anymore. However I've been thinking of getting my own place, although I just got back in with the boys; I've definitely overstayed. I need to give them space and as much as I love them all, they can be a lot.

I've been looking on multiple markets for houses, just this evening I saw a beautiful house only 12 minutes away from the boys. It would be perfect and convenient. From the photos, the house is stunning and I really feel like it's meant for me.

Now, you're probably thinking. Amora, WHERE DID YOU GET MONEY?

Well, I now have my own YouTube channel! And I love it. I post three times a week and it has been great! Its always been a dream of mine to have a successful social media career and here I am.

Colby was sitting at his desk in his chair, with his headphones on; editing a video. I silently walked in and gave him a light tap on the shoulder to not scare him. I'm nice like that.

He turned around and instantly smiled once he saw me. He took off his headphones and reached his arms out for me. I giggled and sit down in his lap. I looked at his screen, he was making progress. He was editing a new series of back to back videos for youtube and the footage was awesome.

"Hi, love." Colby mumbled into my hair, he wrapped his arms around me and squeezed my waist. I glanced back to him, giving him a quick kiss. "Hi." I smiled.

I looked at the time on his computer and sighed. I love that he's getting progress but he's overworking. Colby began editing at 7:33am and it was now 2:46pm. He hadn't took any breaks either. I looked back at him and noticed his tired eyes. "Colby. You're overworking yourself." I whisper while kissing his temple.

Colby dropped his head onto my shoulder and groaned, "I know, love." He replied almost yawning but keeping it in. He's so tired and i know he's trying to keep going.

I leave his eyes for a second and then he's falling asleep on my shoulder. I took off his headphones that are around his neck and put them on his desk, I shut down his computer making sure I save all his work and close all his tabs that were open.

I tapped his shoulder lightly to wake him and I brought him over to his bed, I tucked him in like what you would do with a child and walked to his door to leave when he mumbled "Don't go." I smiled at his words and lightly giggled before getting in next to him and putting on the tv for background noise.

I burrowed my hands in his hair, playing with it as he fell asleep. I peered down at his fast asleep face and stroked his cheek, he did a half smile.

I scrolled on my phone for a moment until i knew he was asleep, I whispered in his ear "I love you." Before falling asleep too.
