Courtney

Connie was curling my hair while Julie and Catie went up to the store and got flowers for me. "Almost done..." Connie said.

"Thanks. So, how are things with you and Guy?" I asked. She kind of laughed.

"We broke up, then got back together, so we are doing fine. And.... You are done!" She said. She got a hand held mirror and gave it to me.

"This is beautiful." She smiled. I turned the chair around to face Connie. "Thank you."

"It's you big day, I'll do anything for you." She said. I stood up and smiled. I hugged her. We let go. She walked over to the table and started to pour champagne in two glasses. She handed on to me.

"Thanks." I said. I took a sip of it. I heard a knock at the door. "Come in!" I yelled. The door opened and it was Charlie. "Hey Charlie, come in." He was just staring at me.

"Courtney... You look beautiful." He sighed. I smiled. I put the glass down as hugged him. He hugged back. I let go.

"Wanna drink?" I asked. He shook his head.

"No thanks. Hey, where's Catie?" Charlie asked.

"Went to go get flowers with Julie. How's Adam?" I asked. Charlie laughed.

"I think I told him about a thousand times to calm down. Coach is over there trying to calm him down." I laughed.

"I can't image Adam bein' nervous." I said. He shrugged.

"I can." He replied. We all started to laugh.

"The whole team is here, even Peter, Terri, Dave, Tommy and Tammy." Charlie said.

"Really? I haven't seen them in forever." I said. He smiled.

"I'm going to get my bridesmaid dress on in the bathroom." Connie said. I nodded. She went inside the bathroom.

"Who's all being a bridesmaid?" Charlie asked. Me and his took a seat on the bed.

"Connie, Julie, Catie, and Ocean. But, I don't know where she is." I said. Right after I said that, Ocean charged in.

"Hey, sorry I'm late." Ocean apologized while being out of breath. I laugh.

"You're not late. Your bridesmaid dress is in the bathroom but Connie is in there right now." She nodded. Ocean looked at Charlie.

"And is this Charlie?" She asked. He got up and they hugged. "You have grown from the last time I saw ya." She said.

"I'd hope so." They let go and laughed.

"Who's the grooms?" I asked Charlie. He looked at me.

"Um, me, one of Adams brothers..." He said.

"Woah, he has a brother?" I asked.

"Older brother, he was away for a while for school. He also has a twin sister." Charlie explained.

"Oh okay."

"Um, Guy and Dwayne." He said. I nodded. Connie came out from the bathroom. The dress was beautiful.

"Great selection of dresses, Courtney." Connie said. I smiled.

"You look amazin'."
