Courtney
"She's your what?" Ski asked with a really surprised look on her face. I smiled.
"My cousin. You know, her mom is my aunt?" I asked. Ski swallowed hard, then she looked back at Ocean.
"Oh, okay. Wow." Ski sighed. I started to giggle.
"Man, you act so much like Adam." I stated still laughing.
"I'd hope so since we're twins." She said. We all started to laugh.
"Okay. Ski and I must go and leave you to get ready. We will see you out there." Adam's mom said. I nodded with a smile.
"Okay. Thank you. I'll see y'all later." I said while waving. They both smiled and left. I looked at Charlie. He shrugged.
"Every time." Ocean sighed. We all started to laugh. "Connie! It doesn't take that long to put on makeup!" Ocean yelled through the door. Connie came out of the bathroom and looked at all of us.
"Sorry." Connie apologized.
"It's okay." Ocean replied. She ran to the bathroom door and closed it.
"Is Catie and Julie still out looking for flowers?" Connie asked as she sat down next to Charlie. I walked to the mirror and started to fix my hair.
"Apparently." I replied. I looked at myself in the mirror, just staring at myself. I saw Charlie get up and come behind me, putting his hands in my shoulders and looked in the mirror with me. He smiled.
"I can't believe that you're getting married." Charlie sighed. I smiled. He started to rub my shoulders. "You look absolutely stunning. Just, beautiful." I turned around and faced Charlie.
"Through out these years, Charlie, I can't believe you were there for me. Every step of the way." I said. Charlie smiled even more my pushed my hair behind my ear.
"You're like a sister to me, Courtney. I never want to lose you." Charlie replied softly. I smiled even more and hugged him.
"You guys are making me cry." I heard Connie blurt. We stopped hugging and looked at Connie. Her eyes were watery from tears. She was fanning her eyes, too. I started to laugh softly. I heard a knock at the door.
"Come in!" I yelled. I looked at the door and saw James walk in, with one hand in his pocket and the other on the door. He checked me out, then smiled.
"Courtney Ocean Jane, I haven't seen you all day." James sighed. I smiled and walked up to him. I gave him a quick hug, then he grabbed my hands. He opened my opened my arms to look at my dress. "You look amazing." He sighed. I started to giggle. He let go of my hands and looked into my eyes. "Nervous?" He asked. I nodded.
"Very." I replied. James started to laugh.
"At least you aren't acting like Adam over there." James stated as he closed the door and jammed his hands into his pant pockets.
"I know right! He is a freaking nervous reck over there!" Charlie yelled as he leaned forward to get my glass. He leaned back at took a sip. I looked at James.
"Wanna drink?" I asked. James shook his head.
"Nah. I can't. Gonna save the drink until the reception." James stated. I nodded.
"Oh, hey James." I heard Ocean say. I looked behind me and saw Ocean come out with the beautiful white, long dress I picked out.
"Woah." James sighed in shock. He walked up to Ocean. "You look good." Ocean smiled.
"Thanks, but I'm taken." Ocean blurted. We all started to laugh.
"Speakin' of that, where's Luis?" I asked, taking the glass for Charlie and taking a sip.
"I think he's helpin' on settin' up the weddin'."
