There will not be a next book, unfortunately. The epilogue is what I chose as the clarity that is needed, although the last chapter's ending probably implied that these events would happen. It took me a while to write this book as well with a lot of edits over the past year and mental health breaks. I went through a lot of tough events in my life when I wrote this book as a 19 and later, 20 year old, in college. In fact, that was what inspired me to write this book. I wanted mental health issues to be shown in more of a realistic light. Since the characters' ages are closer to my age, I figured telling their stories would be more realistic. Although I did consider making a next book about Silvio, I decided against it since I don't want to talk about another character going through dealing with all the interconnected Medici family drama (again).
