You were my solace ,
Whenever I felt down .
You were there to pick me up ,
You were my solace ,
I don't know how and why life does certain things to someone ,
I mean life is cruel to people some way or the other .
But in all the tough times ,
You were my solace ,
Life was cruel ,
But you were there to save me .
I don't know what I would have done without you .
But you were my solace ,
You were the one I could depend upon in my toughest time .
When I was shaking you were the one that held me .
When I was shivering you were the one who gave me support .
You were my solace ,
And will always be ,
I will always be grateful towards you
