Beacon Academy's arena was getting ready for a battle for the ages, but the contenders first met each other on the Beacon walkways.
Missouri: Hello, you must be the Ace-Ops.
Clover: Indeed we are, you 4 must be Team MDAY.
Doc: We are.
Harriet: Well, I smell some fresh meat ready to be eaten.
Alex: Well I smell an overconfident bitch in heat.
Missouri: Oh god....
Elm: Oho! He has you there Harriet.
Vine: Please do not start a roast battle.
Doc: Shush pale boy.
Elm: Yes, I want to hear these insults.
Alex: Alright, roast battle!
Montana and Doc then readied to start roasting both Elm and Harriet while the 2 more mature members of both teams conversed peacefully.
Missouri: So which one of you is swapping out for the General?
Clover: That would be me, I'll be watching from the stands cheering my team on.
Vine: We shall try to take it easy on you.
Yamato: Don't hold back, cause those 2 definitely aren't.
She said gesturing to Doc and Montana who were still rapping against Elm and Harriet who were rapping back.
Vine: I shall do so.
Missouri: Well, may the best team win.
Clover: I wish you luck, you'll probably need it. C'mon girls, we need to get ready.
Harriet: Oh come on Clover! Ugh.
The Ace-Ops walked away to grab their weapons and get on the field as Doc and Montana walked up to Missouri and Yamato.
Doc: I'm guessing they were mature.
Missouri: They were, unlike you 2.
Alex: Yeah yeah ol' man. C'mon let's roll.
Yamato: *as the team walked to their lockers* I can't see this ending well.
Everyone had their weapons at the ready and stared down their opponents. The Beacon Academy arena had been modified with pillars and obstacles to even the playing field out so that MDAY's main guns aren't as big of a trump card as they usually were.
Missouri: Good luck.
Ironwood: We should be telling you that.
Harriet: Yeah! 'Cause you guys need it!
Glynda: Enough! Now, standard battle procedures and rules still stand, on the count of three the battle shall start. 3!
Missouri: Ok, Alex get ready to launch chaff you and I are gonna team up. Doc, look after Yamato and hand Harriet and Elm their asses.
Alex: Right!
Glynda: 2!
Harriet: Let's crush 'em.
Vine: Easy Harriet.
Elm: Yes! Save some for us!
Glynda: 1!
